Welcome to our modern penthouse with all luxury amenities, for a one-of-a-kind holiday experience in Calahonda (Marbella). The ideal base with convenient access to the beaches, local shops, as well as a short 20-minutes drive to either Marbella or Malaga (airport). The spacious, fully renovated penthouse offers 3 full bedrooms and 3,5 bathrooms. The living room offers a lounge and dining area with HD TV. There is a high speed WiFi connection throughout the entire property. The kitchen is fully equipped with the essential amenities. The large balcony offers you breathtaking sea views of the Mediterranean. For your security there is a safe and the penthouse is equipped with shutters. Within the community there are two pools with sun loungers available for you and there is a dedicated parking for you in the garage. We will personally welcome you at the property with a welcome drink. The ideal place to stay for up to 6 persons. A car is highly recommended.

Living room

Upon entering the penthouse, the space opens up to a bright living room with a comfortable sofa and seating area. Furthermore the lounge area has a dining table for 6 and there is flatscreen HD TV offering 195 channels including the main channels from the UK, France and Germany and complementary Netflix. Additionally there is a music docking station.

Spacious bedrooms

The 3 spacious bedrooms with build-in wardrobes have all en-suite bathrooms, each with a bathtub and rain shower, toilet and bidet. The master bathroom enjoys a separate shower and is connected to a large dressing room. The master bedroom features a king-size boxspring bed, while the two other bedrooms have comfortable twin beds (90x200) which can be put together as double beds as well. We supply the bedlinen and towels, as well as complimentary shower gel and shampoo, tissues and toilet paper. Also there is a hairdryer and iron set available for you. There is a separate guest toilet in the apartment as well. Two bedrooms are connected to the wide balcony surrounding the property offering incredible sea views!

Kitchen

The fully equipped kitchen offers an American fridge, induction cooking, dishwasher, microwave and oven. Additional amenities include a Nespresso coffee machine, a juicer, toaster, hand blender and water kettle. The kitchen also houses a washing machine with a built-in dryer. We provide basic condiments, cleaning products, dishwasher tabs, garbage bags, etc. for your convenience.

Balcony/ roof terrace

The private outside space offers a spacious balcony and roof terrace, equipped with a variety of seating and lounging areas incl. sun beds, a bar, a lounge set, a dinning set and a BBQ. There is an outside shower to cool off and refresh.

Air-conditioning and heating

The penthouse has a centralized air-conditioning throughout the entire penthouse which functions as heating during the winter. The use of the air-conditioning is included in the price, though we expect you to use it fairly, close the doors when in use and always turn it off when leaving the apartment.

Accessibility

Via the elevator you enter the penthouse on the 4th floor. The penthouse is on a single floor without any doorsteps, making it suitable for disabled guests. Though to access the balcony there is a step to take. To access the shower in the master bathroom a small step needs to be taken as well.

Parking

There is one free dedicated parking in the garage under the penthouse available for you. Additional parking is available upon request.

Community

The penthouse is located in the community Bellavista Hills II, which offers two community pool with sun loungers and sun umbrellas.

Security

The city of Calahonda offers a 24-hours security service. Aside that the penthouse has shutters and there is a mounted safe available for you within the apartment.

I indeed had to mention this to the guest. This guests collected the garbage of their entire stay, the bags were all leaking and they expected it was normal to leave this in this stay because of the cleaning fee they paid. Clearly I mentioned this to the guest, because fortunately none of our guests leave the apartment in such state. It is my private penthouse and indeed I assume it is normal to throw away your own garbage and not collecting this in the apartment of the entire stay, leaving stains on the floor... Clearly it was not concerned one bag... but the garbage of the entire stay... She leaves this review here, because I mentioned this on the review on Airbnb, because as a host I want to mention this to other hosts, because I think it is not normal leaving all the trash bags because a cleaning fee is paid.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
