This home has two Masters Suites! 40 five star reviews in less than a year on the market on other booking sites ! It will truely exceed your expectations!

This home has an amazing year round view of Center Hill Lake .The large open floor plan provides amazing ever changing views of the lake from all areas of the main floor. The location provides ultimate privacy with no nearby neighbors. A large deck with access to the main floor area provides optimal unobstructed views of the lake & surrounding mountains. There is a large outdoor grill and furniture, as well as, a cozy chiminea for your use. With no ambient light at night, the view of the stars from the deck area is spectacular.

The home has a gourmet kitchen with a surrounding bar area for an optimal entertaining experience. Bring your favorite foods and prepare a delicious feast in this amazing professionally appointed kitchen. There are two lovely master suites with king size beds and beautifully appointed bathrooms. In addition to this there is a romantic Jacuzzi tub room located between the master suites for your pleasure.

The property is located just 15 minutes off I-40 and 10 minutes from Edger Evans State Park and Center Hill Dam. We are one hour from Nashville, a must see, and just 2 hours from Knoxville and Chattanooga. There are numerous marinas nearby for your boating adventures. There are so many things to explore and enjoy on the Cumberland Plateau areas from boating, on Center Hill Lake to canoeing, kayaking, tubing, and fly fishing, on the Caney Fork River. This property is on, or near at least 1000 acres of pristine woods and waterfalls for a hiker’s dream. Come and explore, unplug, escape and recharge on Center Hill Lake. I will consider small breed dogs. no aggressive dogs. the dog most be housebroken. Must be leased when outside on property. there will be a one time non refundable fee of $30. for the duration of your stay. Owner is onsite in a private residense and may be readily available for any concerns or questions during your stay.
