Set 200 meters from the beach, this spacious and elegant chalet in S'Illot can comfortably accommodate 6 people.Enjoy a typical Majorcan summer in this lovely house. Have a drink on the front terrace with street views or enjoy a barbecue on the rear patio. The terrace has a very Mediterranean flair, thanks to many flowerpots and plants. There's a shower bath located in the patio, next to the kitchen door. There are next-door neighbours.

The terrace gives access to the ground floor and to an elegant living room with sofa and TV with satellite channels. The adjoining dining area gives access to the rear patio. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, kitchenware and an oven. Furthermore, there's a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The bedrooms are on the first floor: one with a double bed and two twin bedrooms. All are fitted with a closet and fan and two have access to a balcony. If you come with your baby, we provide a cot and a high chair. There's a bath with bathtub available for the whole house.

If the beach is what you're searching for, there are two beaches nearby: Cala Morlanda and S'Illot. Supermarkets, restaurants and everything else you may need for your stay can be found in the village. The kids will enjoy a visit of the safari zoo while the adults may fancy going out during the night in Cala Millor. Visit also the Drach Caves in Portocristo with its subterranean lake.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
