Beautiful and spacious penthouse with an unbeatable location as the sun shines almost all day. very quiet area. It includes garage. Nice common areas with swimming pool, game room (ping pong and foosball) and gym. About 900m from the beach. 3 terraces totaling 55m2 where you can choose sun or shade. The main terrace has extendable awning. Available from May to October. 2nd Floor. Vehicle needed because although it is close to everything, it is not feasible to walk. The luxurious Puerto Banus is a 10 minute drive. The town of Estepona with its charming pedestrian streets with shops and restaurants and promenade is a 5-minute drive. There are supermarkets within 5 minutes drive. Fabulous and spacious penthouse with a great location Now That sun hits almost all day Directly. It is a very quiet and calm area. It includes private parking. Nice common areas with garden, swimming pool, gym and game room (ping pong table and mini soccer game). Closest beach is around 900m away. It has three terraces 55m2 Which sum up you can always choose Where shade or sun. The main terrace has a extendable awning That covers all of it. 2nd floor. That vehicle is needed now even though it is close to everything it is not feasible to walk to the places.     How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Iciar (the owner) a message.

    If Iciar (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
