Our renovated 3 bedroom home comfortably sleeps six. Great room layout with upscale kitchen and wet bar is bright and welcoming. Many windows and skylights let in ample natural light. Enjoy breathtaking views through floor to ceiling windows in great room or the adjacent enclosed patio. Fully stocked house has everything you'll need including kitchen items, BBQ, linens, high speed Wi-Fi internet access, large screen streaming TV and DVD player, games, books, maps and a red rock pass for free parking at many of the most popular attractions. Solar powered home takes advantage of the beautiful Arizona sun and ties into public power for ample electricity rain or shine! Main has king bed and en suite bathroom, Bedroom 1 has king bed w/Sleep Number mattress and access to back deck and Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Hot tub on patio with fabulous red rock and starry sky views! 30 day contract duration required. Contact us for calendar questions as there may be additional dates available! How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Timothy Karen (the owner) a message.

If Timothy Karen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
