Located in Scordia, the Ruisi Palace offers a communal living room with Free WiFi Rooms of the holiday house are equipped with every comfort, and also have a communal kitchen at ground floor complete with all appliances. A PALAZZO Ruisi the rooms are equipped with a table with stools, a flat-suspended flat screen TV, a hot / adjustable air conditioner and a large wall mirror and a smaller one that can be removed and placed on the table to be able to or make-up mirror in total comfort. An Italian breakfast can be enjoyed in the kitchen and you can request to be able to have a proper breakfast to their food philosophy or glutenfree celiac or services to be agreed and paid separately. The kitchen being shared with other guests as well as the owners can only be used to prepare breakfast, so can not be used for lunch or dinner, you can only do lunch or dinner in the kitchen that you purchased and takeaway, then only restriction there you can cook, but you can use it to eat you, taking care to keep clean everything in the respect of all those who live dirante day. Being a structure in the center of the city, it is easy for guests to walk to even reach all the most useful places in the country, such as bars, pubs, restaurants, banks, groceries, tobacco and pharmacies.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Gaetano (the owner) a message.

If Gaetano (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
