From the owner

The apartment is in a local type house, indipendent, with a large garden and a spacious veranda / outdoor dining area.

Casa Filomena is an accommodation with all comforts, fully furnished.

The rooms are well organised with nice furnitures.

Matresses are comfortable and Kitchen is full of utensils.

The house is in a very quiet area, close to Pubs and Restaurant. It is a hilly typical quarter with great views and sea and hills breeze.

From the house and especially the garden the overview of town, hills and sea is really nice.

The garden is hedged with wild and rare plants and trees. Roses and flowers match the blue of the sky in a great picture. May and October are superb time for this!

We do mind to give a very good service and let guest depart with fond memories of their stay at our property.

Thus upon arrival we leave all our contacts and we expect to be contacted for ANY problem (unfortunatly there are guests that do not do so and wait to be back home to leave an unjust review).

Indoor there are two rooms.

The kitchen is comfortable for cooking but with no other space. 10cm step to get through.

Double room has italian (large) double bed, wardrobe, table and chairs, TV+VCR.
Cot available on request.

The larger room is a bedroom (with wardrobe) and a dining room, depending on number of guests. For most of the year the dining room is the outdoor patio.

It is a very cool environment during the hot summer.

For multiple weeks stay, upon request is available linen change and / or cleaning.

Beach towels available on request.

The apartment is on ground floor in a terraced house. It is higher than ground level and there are outdoor 4 steps to get to the courtyard and three steps to the main door.

Dining area (seats 6).
Private garden with olive, Apricot, orange and other trees, plus a wild hedge, roses and flowering plants.
Spacious for barbecue and relaxation with sea view. Two bed-chairs with mats + little table available.
Very good for pets (that do not destroy plants!)..

Space for drying clothes.

Private car park (2 cars space).

Bike hire available.

How do damage deposits work?
