Centrally located completely new 65 sqm apartment, next to all popular tourist attraction, where you feel like you are at home. Two bedrooms with two bathrooms, a living room with a dining room and a kitchen. In all two bedrooms are king size beds (160x200cm) and beds for one person. In the living room is sofa bed for two size 160x200. Fully furnished, with car parking in public garage (0,75€/hour). Central location in Belgrade, next to National Theatre and Knez Mihajlova Street!

The apartment can accommodate up to 8 persons.

The apartment has central heating, air conditions in every room, luxury cotton bedclothes and 3 towels per person, fully equipped kitchen complete with full size refrigerator and freezer, oven and cooking stoves, full set plates and cutlery. There is also a cable TV set and access to wireless internet. The apartment is located in the building on the sixth floor with an elevator. We cannot provide a parking place but in the neighborhood, is public garage (100 meters away) and it cost 0,75€/hour or 15 Euro per day.

It is situated in the city center near National Theatre and Knez Mihajlova Street, probably the one of the best position in the city.

I am glad that you consider our apartment. The main things you have to know about apartment are: 1. It is in the epicenter of Belgrade. 2. It is completely new. 3. We are the super host. In our apartment you will feel right at home, so we expect our guests to respect the house rules and good neighborly relations, as well as at home. Loud talk or any kind of noise between 10pm and 8am are forbidden. If this rule is broken communal police arrives and guests will pay the fees. When you check in you will have to give us your passport details because according to our low we have to do residence registration for foreigners. Also you will have to pay city tax 1.35 Euro per person per day.

Everything was perfect. The apartment has all the facilities one would expect to have at their own home. Landlords are friendly and easygoing.
