The lovely tastefully decorated and full-equipped suite Zibibbo for 4 guests (masterbedroom, twinbedroom, livingroom with lodge, bathroom, kitchenette) ensures a romantic and pleasantly relaxing stay enveloping you in the dreaming welcoming and full of local colour atmosphere of the complex of Villa Paladino Solunto (Santa Flavia). It is an oasis of peace just at the gates of Palermo (KM. 10), a property of exceptional charm and prestige for the peculiarity of its site, by the unique characteristics in the area between Palermo and Cefalù. The three bodies of Villa Paladino Solunto, the ancient marble fountain and the incredible swimming pool similar to a natural lake, smartly standing on the ridge of a lush hill with a wonderful view on the gulfs of Palermo and Cefalù, close to the archaeological Park of Solunto and the Natural Reserve of Monte Catalfano, create a wonderful and amazing atmosphere in the exuberance of a nature lady of the site, full of different species of birds (in which the majestic peregrine falcon, the rare prey bird so much loved by Federico the Second of Swabia,), and full of innumerable species of mediterranean plants too. You see all this in a place between history and legend, that, embracing two gulfs and overlooking the beautiful Basilica Soluntina and the green hills of Bagheria and Santa Flavia with the well-known eighteenth century villas built by the best Sicilian nobility, leaves everybody breathless in front to so great natural and cultural treasures.

The incredible seasonal (May-October) pool similar to a natural lake with fountain allows adults and children to enjoy with great views down to Santa Flavia, the Gulfs of Palermo and Cefalù, Madonie and Conca D'Oro, looking at the unforgettable Sicilian sunsets too.

Along the coast, the underwater archaeological site of thre Rock of the Ant lies close to Villa too.

500 meters away you may go sightseeing the touristic village of Santa Flavia and the fishing touristic villages of Porticello and Sant’Elia, where you can taste delicious Sicilian dishes.

If you haven't a car, the train Station of Santa Flavia allows you to easily go sightseeing Palermo, Cefalù, and many other places (trains leave each hour and are very cheap and convenient means of transport)

About 1 Km. away, driving along the quite panoramic coast road that goes past Sant’Elia and the Natural Reserve of Monte Catalfano, you’ll get the maritime village of Aspra and the promontory of Mongerbino, from which you can admire a breath-taking view on the gulf of Palermo and on Monte Pellegrino.

Near to the SS113 and the motorroads A19 and A20, Villa Paladino Solunto is a strategic point to easily go sightseeing the most important treasures of art and nature in Sicily.

In 30 minutes by car you can easily get to Palermo and go sightseeing the precious monuments, the historic centre, that is the biggest in Europe, where spectacular, endless, full of goods and sweet-smelling open-air markets take place, the museums and the important theaters. Don't forget to go sightseeing the well known lido of Mondello and the town of Monreale, with the most beautiful and important Cathedral in the world too.

In the same time you can also get to the well known touristic medieval town of Cefalù, with its marvelous beach and the Arab-Norman Cathedral, or to the enchanting Castle of Caccamo and, always looking at the sea, adding a few minutes, to the spectacular National Natural Madonie Park (mt.2000 on the sea), that are the highest mountain chain in Sicily after Etna and the paradise of rare protected animal and vegetables species.

    How do damage deposits work?
