Our Midsummer Night's Dream, the Villa "La Tierra" stands out very close to the windmill village Sant Jordi. Recreation and comfort are written on a large piece of land with fantastic views to the idyllic landscape. For shopping and basic needs you go to the next village, which is Sant Jordi ( 2km) and when it’s time go shopping in city ambience, you drive in just a few minutes (20km) to the capital Palma. There you get served everything from culture to gastronomy, leisure activities to varied nightlife pretty much everything in abundance. The airport can be reached very quickly, in round about 14km you will be there.

Our Villa, styled from top to bottom is situated on a 15,000 m² of green land, gives us a total relaxed holiday feeling and a lot of privacy. Everything is possible here, from relaxing to funny family time and active holidays. The chilly garden oasis smiles at us with a huge L-shaped chlorine water pool and is almost inviting to plunge with a good dive into the cool blue water. Integrated benches make the pool the ideal sundeck. Tanning and cooling at the same time, what more do you need under Majorca's holiday sky. On comfortable sun loungers and pool mattresses you can relax majestically while your eyes wander over the surrounding countryside. A boardwalk leads us into the elegant relaxation corner with wide seat cushions and chic dining table. Freshly brewed “Cortado” and fluffy “Ensaimada” sweeten your afternoon. White billowing curtains enchant every night into a midsummer night's dream and tell us with gentle breeze the story of the enchanted forest. Under the summer roof at the house you can enjoy a convivial round of barbecues. The long dining table generously places the entire travel group while the grill master turning spicy steaks on the High Level Grill, of course with one or the other cold beer. If you still feel like having some energy after a tasty dinner, you can try the table tennis table or burn a few extra calories on the basketball hoop. Of course, musical entertainment is also provided. High speakers under the veranda give us the desired holiday beat and make every dance leg swing.

The 400m² luxurious interior of the villa is designed according to the motto "style meets comfort". Furniture, decorative elements and equipment were professionally selected and perfectly assembled with great taste. The lower living area of the villa is composed of a large living room with open dining area and designer kitchen. Huge window elements provide the entire interior with natural light and create an incredible pleasant living atmosphere. The lower sleeping area consists of 3 stylish double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom en suite. In the hallway there is an additional bathroom and a laundry room with washing machine and Co. The 3 other double bedrooms welcome us in the upper floor. Except for 1 bedroom, these also have their bathrooms en suite. The third bedroom with 2 single beds also has its own bathroom, but outside the room. To rest, we have an extra room with very comfortable living room furniture, ergonomically shaped relax lounger and music system at leisure, which can be converted as a double bedroom. The large sliding windows give us access to a terrace with peaceful views over Sant Jordi's green wealth. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
