From the owner

Residencial El Noray is one the most sought after and luxury resorts in the area. This development is located at the beach in one of the best areas of Marbella, Puerto Banus, San Pedro Alacantara. Only 100 meters from the beach and within a few minutes walk to the center of San Pedro and only a couple of minutes walk along the beach to Puerto Banus. Residencial El Noray is a gated community with 24-hours security surveillance and is one of the best maintained resorts with beautiful gardens with fountains and 2 swimming pools (one for the children). During the high seasons there is also a lifeguard for the safety.

The apartment is beautiful, well maintained and south facing garden, a perfect home for a vacation. Entrance from both the resort and the seaside. Two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is enough space to eat at also the kitchen. The utility room is connected to the kitchen and all the white goods are brand new. There is a good size living room with dinner table, sofas and a 50" Flat-Screen TV with access to over 1000 channels. The living room have direct access to a the large terrace. The terrace have both a lounge area and a dinner area. There is also a remote marquise over a part of the terrace for the sun protection. There is also a beautiful garden with flowers and oranges. In many aspects it feels more like a semi-detached villa.

Why can't I call Mattias (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mattias (the owner) a message.

If Mattias (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
