This spacious and modern 3 bedroom Penthouse Apartment is situated in the expansive complex of Campo de Guadalmina near San Pedro Alcántara. The complex offers 7 communal swimming pools, extensive well-maintained communal gardens and a childrens' play area. The complex boarders the Guadalmina Golf course and has stunning views to the mountains and over the golf. The apartment comes with secure, underground garage parking and is a gated community. The complex is just a few minutes drive to the town of San Pedro and the beach.

This 4th floor, modern apartment is accessed by a lift and is beautifully refurbished throughout. On the lower level you enter into the large lounge/dining area furnished with a dining table and chairs, 6 seater L shaped sofa, and a 48" TV. The apartment also offers free WiFi. From the lounge area you access the covered terrace furnished with both dining and seating facilities. The terrace has wonderful views over the complex and pool to the mountains and to the golf. At the entrance is the large, fully equipped kitchen. One of the bedrooms is also located on this floor and is furnished with a king size bed, fitted wardrobes and has a full bathroom with bath with shower unit overhead. This bedroom also has access to the terrace.

Take the stairs up to the upper level and there are 2 more bedrooms. The bedroom suite is furnished with a king size bed and benefits from an en suite bathroom and dressing area with fitted wardrobes. This bedroom has access to a large sun terrace furnished with 4 sun loungers. This open terrace is fitted with awnings to have some shade as well as full sun. The 2nd bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds and also has it's own private terrace looking into the courtyard. There is also a 3rd bathroom on this level with a bath with shower overhead shower unit.
