El Patio de Doña Julia is an exclusive gated residential development located front line to Doña Julia golf course, a few minutes drive or 20min walk to Puerto de la Duquesa and the seaside Spanish town of Sabinillas, or 15 min drive to the inland town of Casares. The nearest beach is a 15 min walk or a few minutes drive. Estepona and the exclusive resort of Sotogrande are a 15min drive. Malaga airport is 1hr and Gibraltar 30 min away. Marbella and the famed Puerto Banus a mere 20 mins drive.

Site Seeing includes numerous ruins and castles, Selwo Adventure Park, Ronda, Bioparc Zoo at Fuengirola is said to be the best in the world and is only 45 miles away, Sevill, Gibraltar and much much more.

For Golfers there are some of the best courses in the region within a few mins drive, with five in Sotogrande including the famed Valderrama, the Finca Cortesin, Valle Romano and Dona Julia's at the bottom of the garden.

This spectacular two-bedroom 1st-floor corner apartment of 110m2 with two bathrooms, the Master ensuite includes a hydro bath, Shower, WC, Bidet and twin basins. the Guest bathroom has full Shower cubicle, Floors and walls in marble. Both bedrooms have ample fitted wardrobes and drawers, the Lounge has a convertible sofa bed providing additional comfortable sleeping for two all finished to a very high standard with huge 29m2 balcony terrace directly overlooking the 17th & 18th Holes with 270 deg uninterrupted Sea views over the Mediterranean to Gibraltar, Morocco & Africa.

Please don't confuse our apartment as a cheaply furnished letting property, it is our second home & fitted out accordingly. The freshly redecorated apartment is fitted with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven and microwave, Coffee maker and the usual utensils. The utility room has fitted cupboard units with an efficient washing machine.

Reverse cycle Air-conditioning / heating, Smart TV, DVD & Free WIFI, Linen and bedding provided. For your safety the apartment is fitted with Smoke Alarms, Fire extinguisher, Fire blanket and first aid kit.

The Terrace has dining area for six, Sofa and lounge seats, with folding Glass "Curtains" that can be closed in the cooler months to further enhance outdoor living.

Community swimming pool with adjacent children’s pool and showers, well kept tropical gardens in a gated secure community with ample free public parking.

How do damage deposits work?
