Whether you are traveling with a large family or just want a little privacy for a couple's vacation, this 2800 sq. ft. home will provide you with everything you are looking for and more!

The first floor consists of large living and dining area, spacious kitchen, powder room and a mini 'gym' with basic equipment. The second floor has an entertainment room with theater, reclining seats and surround sound, master bedroom with attached bathroom, king size bed w/ Tempur-Pedic , 3 bedrooms, guest bathroom and a washer and dryer unit. Bedrooms have a queen size bed available and if that is still not enough room, the sofa down stairs is a queen sized convertible sleeper. All the sofa's in the living room are recliners (3).

The back yard is spacious with a covered patio, that is perfect for relaxing with your family and company! There is also ample shade from the trees, planted with great care, that will help you stay cool and comfortable, in the Texas heat.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send LISSY (the owner) a message.

    If LISSY (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
