This beautiful villa is located in the north of the island, between the historic villages Sa Pobla and Muro. Mallorca offers more than 300 days of sunshine a year, ideal conditions for your perfect holiday. Due to the excellent location of our house, many spots and beautiful places can be reached very quickly and easily. In order to cover the daily needs of your self-service, you only have to go to Sa Pobla, a 5 minute drive away. In this typical Mallorcan village you will find everything ... supermarkets, petrol stations, doctors, pharmacies, weekly market, restaurants, bars, bakeries and much more. The nearest sand beach is also easy to reach with your rental car, in only 12 minutes. The route takes you directly from the villa along the S'Albufera nature reserve to one of the most beautiful beaches in Europe “Platjas de Muro” (Blue Flag Award). There you will enjoy the clean sandy beach with turquoise, kneaded water, ideal for families with children. Here you feel like in paradise.

Our Villa Eden Son Manyo is located on a quiet piece of land, divided into 4 different properties. Every property on the complex "Son Manyo" is very spacious and offers a lot of privacy by a wonderful solitude. Already the driveway of the 15,000 m² large plot lets you imagine that this is a very modern and comfortable property. The large, well maintained garden is laid out with lawns, typical Mallorcan plants, shrubs and palm trees. From here you can enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside and the Tramuntana Mountains. The large round, Roman-style swimming pool (11m diameter) offers plenty of space for swimming and refreshing. The pool area is equipped with very comfortable sun loungers, parasols and umbrellas. The beautiful barbecue area is equipped with a reed roof and thus also provides shade and protection during the meal. Space and comfort are also available here. Here, especially good fresh food can be prepared, which was previously obtained at the weekly market or the Butcher in Sa Pobla.

The ultra-modern interior has a proud size of 239m² and is divided on 2 levels. On the ground floor is the large living room with an absolutely comfortable sofa set, ergonomic chairs and satellite TV. Immediately afterwards there is an open dining area and a fully equipped designer kitchen, which is integrated in the open style. There is also a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. Of the 4 double bedrooms, 3 are in the lower living area (1 of them with double bed and bathroom en suite, 2 with 2 single beds each and bathroom to share). All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and are very tastefully decorated. One of the 2 bathrooms in the ground floor even has a corner tub with whirlpool. The upper sleeping area can be reached via a staircase secured by railings. There is the 4th double bedroom with double bed and bathroom en suite. Also here is an air conditioning installed. Baby cots are available on request, as well as high chairs. Gratis Wifi internet can be used throughout the house. All in all, a wonderful holiday home which really offers everything you would want in a relaxed holiday.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
