En primera línea de playa. Nuevo. Tres dormitorios dobles y dos baños completos, cocina,lavadero, despensa y salón comedor con terraza mirando al mar y plaza Sor Dolores. Aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones. Todo exterior. Cocina independiente con utensilios, microondas,cafetera, batidora... Terraza lavadero con pila y lavadora. Plaza de garaje. Ascensor hasta el garaje.

Rampas de acceso a la vivienda para cochecitos o sillas de ruedas.

Playa de arena con zonas de recreo infantil y aparatos de gimnasia para adultos. Paseo marítimo con carril bici.

Creo que el mapa no se corresponde con la ubicación exactaexacta porque esta plaza está entre la calle José Ojeda y la Avenida del Perú.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    If María José (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
