“Casa in Roquetas” A nice well equipped town house in well tended grounds. Downside pool was empty despite advert stating open from May. There was also some renovation taking place on the site which did result in some unwelcome noise.

t didn't exactly bode well initially when the taxi driver couldn't find the premises. We then found it as it is on a corner of a hugely busy main road, opposite a very noisy and busy tapas/snack bar. … More

Educated appreciate what they are and the time taken to show his opinion, serves to enhance course and for stakeholders to know it and respect although of course I can not share it. The main reason is that the general opinion must conform to the "VALUE FOR MONEY" and its PRICE (30 € / night) in a house with 3 double bedrooms, internet and air conditioning in that area is really low - precisely is because the inconvenience of traffic and no sidewalk, if not cost much more. For example, staying in a HOSTEL with bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom shared costs more than it cost them You stay in this house. So I think that if they sought more quality should have sought a higher price accommodation and is probably more level ((I myself also alkyl the biggest house is right next but costs nearly double on the sidewalk)). I just think they expected something above what was paid. With regard to other considerations I detail: - Location: The BEST, most famous and EXPENSIVE area of Aguadulce for its proximity to the beach and all amenities, clearly the driver should not have done their job well because I assure you that is very popular and busy. The address is correct, can be found on Google Maps and the best area, so I do not seem fair that no mention about it. - HotWater: Electric heater is permanently connected and works perfectly (has never given any problems, in fact or previous tenants or those who are there have now said anything, so I do not know what you mean). If any difficulty tube had been normal call or write and immediately solved. Everything is completely clean, I do not understand nor deserve to complain about something I do not know and not even told me to fix whatever was necessary. - Noise and traffic: it is a busy area is central precisely because the windows closed but really no downside being. What trembling is very exaggerated. - Sidewalk and Porch: unfortunately the house HAS NO SIDEWALK but there is a PORCHE avoiding any incident and that is exactly like the pictures (no mattress but a tapestry lined). - Décor: Mirrors, bedroom, bathroom...IDENTICAL room to photos, the consideration for decoration so out of place because it is perfectly seen in the images (no difference), if it was not like, something that respect, they should have observed before, because nothing changes rather than a negative comment on what is visible to anyone interested). - Facade: is not modern but white and typical gray Almería old, very common and nothing like a prison nonetheless try to publish photo too (if it is not because pages allow a limited number and the interior rooms are most important). - Kitchen, normal for a family in Spain, with all the necessary utensils and practically new size (if any pan that was in bad shape there are other because they are many that are perfect - however, I will review and shall replace needed immediately). In conclusion, I sincerey regret that have not been all that comfortable waiting but I do not lie in anything the ad is totally REAL in its entirety and therefore I am surprised and disappointed that so only negative comments without mentioning any POSITIVE aspect of that usually he has. Note that even asked them to regular warranty / guarantee good thing and shows my faith and trust. The house is not perfect and it is so inexpensive, is not suitable REQUIRE OR EXPECT SOMETHING THAT DOES NOT PAY. You also seem good people but I think his comment is not fair that it should, especially when I did not even transmitted a failure to remedy it. I'm an accessible person who provided everything that is in my power because reasonably pretend that people are best. I appreciate the state in which they left the house, was absolutely perfect, very clean and tidy, which really is appreciated and shows that guests are respectful and polite. Guests are 100% recommended.
