Located only 300 meters from the infamous Serena Beach,one can enjoy all the activities and attractions of the surrounding area, on a daily basis. If biking or walking is one of your daily activities, make sure not to miss the 17km boardwalk that runs from Serena Beach all the way past Castillo St. Ana.One can equally enjoy a variety of Chiringuito specialties located along the 17km beach boardwalk.In addition, Punta Entina Sabinar is situated only 500 meters from the condo, where one can indulge in the natural beauty of the landscape while having the opportunity to spot a variety of birds that roam this natural reserve.

The condo itself, measures 100 m2, which includes 2 full size bedrooms , 2 bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances included. You can enjoy a large terrace equipped with sofas and table for a real break while having breakfast, dinner, Enjoying a great peace and tranquility. At the same time near the area of terraces, restaurants, and supermarket. It has a comfortable garage with direct access to the condo.
