Un piccolo e grazioso appartamento situato nella immediata periferia di ROMA in zona signorile e tranquilla che mettiamo talvolta a disposizione per affitto turistico di brevi periodi a chi vuole trascorrere qualche giorno nella “Città Eterna”.

Il vantaggio di poter risiedere nell’immediata periferia di Roma, consente di poter passare una piacevole vacanza a costi contenuti usufruendo di servizi assolutamente più abbordabili e di raggiungere il centro velocemente con i mezzi pubblici.

Situato a qualche centinaia di metri dalla stazione FM3 ed a pochi metri dal capolinea degli autobus, è possibile raggiungere il cuore di Roma ed il Vaticano in poco più di mezz’ora.

Gli ospedali San Filippo Neri ed Agostino Gemelli con la relativa Università CATTOLICA sono a 10/15 minuti a piedi.

La zona è fornita benissimo da supermercati, bar, palestre, negozi, ristoranti, centri estetici, lavanderie,pizzerie (anche da asporto), chiesa, parchi, pista ciclabile adatta per famiglie con bambini ed ogni tipo di servizio.
