We stayed at this wonderful gite it was beautiful, clean very well kept and the hospitality of sue was unbeatable.there was 3 adults and 5 children.nothing was too much trouble for her.from driving my son to recover his lost phone in the dark to putting up with the noise of our children(plus us adults) we ask the children if they would come back next year and they all said yes and they were sad to leave.not only did we have one of the most memorable holidays.we made a wonderful friend in you sue.we can't wait until next year to book again.that's if you can put up with us again.there is everything you need in this place and it was a little bit of heaven for us all thankyou so very much sue you're the best.xxx

Owner's reply: Thank you so much ! It was a pleasure to have you all here, and good fun too, it's enjoyable to see the children making full use of the outdoor space, and having a great time. Thank you for taking the time to review us, as our aim is to provide comfortable & welcoming accommodation. Am so happy you all enjoyed it here and the surrounding area. Your kind comments on the holiday are truly appreciated, and becoming friends an added bonus !! Would welcome you all back anytime with pleasure :) Sincere thanks to you all, Sue x. (Hope to see you next time!)

“We loved it!”

Reviewed 5 Aug 2013

Dear Susan, Thanks again for your hospitality, kind attitude and attention to our group! We stayed at La Ransonniere de Bas for one month mid June – mid July, 2013. We just loved the place! The house is great, very clean, spacious, comfortable for accommodating our group of six people, three adults and three teenagers. We all enjoyed our bicycle rides around local fields, playing badminton and various games at the lawn and feeding your sweet animals! The location of the house is perfect for visiting beautiful and picturesque places both in Normandy and Brittany. We traveled a lot and our favorites are Fouger, Deauville, Dinan, St Malo and St Michel, of cause. So we liked everything about our stay in Normandy and we wish Susan and her family all the best!

Owner's reply: Thank you for your review, it is much appreciated and we are glad you enjoyed your stay with us.
