Casa Alexandra is a beautiful classically decorated cortijo style villa, all on one level (some steps up from street), located in a quiet residential corner of lower Riviera del Sol/Miraflores, very close to the brand new Riviera Sports and Tennis Club and just 5 minutes walk away from bars, supermarkets and restaurants. The closest beach is just 10 minutes walk away. Set out on 3 sides, this villa is much larger than the photos show, with the bedrooms in the west wing and kitchen/living area on the right wing.

Completely equipped for a fantastic holiday, Casa Alexandra has 3 bedrooms sleeping a total of maximum 8 persons. The master bedroom has a king size bed, doors opening to the central patio, dressing area and fabulous marble bathroom with separate bath and walk in shower. The second bedroom has two single beds OR a king-size double (please specify when you make your reservation) and en-suite bathroom with an open wet room style shower. The third bedroom has 2 single beds and 2 further single pull out beds (sleeps up to 4 people and great for the kids!). The family bathroom has a walk in shower. The beautiful country style fitted kitchen is has all the equipment you can think of including a small seating area, kettle, toaster, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, large range-style gas hob and grill, triple electric oven and the utility room houses the washing machine. From the kitchen there is a serving hatch opening to the large open plan dining room/lounge, with an 8-seater dining table, several comfortable armchairs, massage chair, large corner sofa, DVD player and smart TV (showing Spanish, all UK, US, German, Swedish, Danish and Norwegian channels, plus a movie library with over 400 movies!)

The highlight of this house is the wonderful pool and garden area from which there are sea views. To one side there is the courtyard area with outside dining for 8 people, large parasol and gas plancha grill area with extra drinks fridge/freezer. To the other side, there is a chillout sofa seating area which can be shaded with the pull out canopy. There are 6 sunbeds provided and because of the elevated position of the house, Casa Alexandra is very private.

This holiday rental villa in Riviera del Sol, Mijas Costa is gated and there is secure private parking for one car as well as easy street parking. direclty in front of the villa. Please note that there are 18 steps to reach the house.

Rivera del Sol is a family beach resort with all amenities and the villa is an easy 10 minutes walk. If you are on foot, first you will pass the outdoor gym area on the corner of the street to have a short workout! Then you have the pretty Princess Diana park, onwards to the taxi rank, opposite a small shopping centre with a large well stocked supermarket and bakery, cafes, tobacconist, locksmith, nail salon, hairdressers, express Supercor supermarket, take away noodle bar, indian (Korma Restaurant), italian (Plaza Restaurant), and international (Mint) restaurants as well as cafes serving light lunches and breakfasts (Georges and Antonios). Everything you could need for your holiday. Under the bridge and across the road, you will come first to the newly refurbished Max Beach (with a chic pool club as well as fabulous live entertainment venue) and then the beach and famous Boardwalk promenade which runs alongside a number of beaches, past restaurants and bars all the way to La Cala de Mijas (walk is approx 50 minutes).

The choices of places to go and things to see is huge! Just let us know what you like to do and we will be happy to guide you along the way.

The villa is perfect for families, singles, and golfers (your clubs will be safe here and there is a wide selection of courses nearby)

Price paid to HL includes wifi, and final clean/laundry only but please note that mid-stay cleaning is available and payable locally. Arrivals at the villa after 2300hrs will incur an Late Meet and Greet supplement. We are also happy to assist with grocery shopping for late arrivals and airport transfers (small charge applicable)

Our Property Manager will meet you personally with two sets of keys and she will show you around the villa and provide you with any information you might need about the area and facilities. She is close by during your stay in case you need her (small call out fee may be applicable for non-emergencies) and is also available 24hrs by telephone or whatsapp in case of emergency. You will be well looked after :-)

How do damage deposits work?

If Alex (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
