Situated in the highly sought-after Liberty Bluff neighborhood of Reunion Resort, this luxurious 4-bedroom 3.5 bath 2,880 sq./ft., ‘Palm Court Villa', sits atop the signature Legacy course and boasts panoramic views of the 15th fairway. The Villa itself is fully air-conditioned and arranged over 2 floors, plus a separate in-law's apartment. Palm Court Villa will comfortably sleep 12.

The Villa has been completely refurbished and upgraded throughout by the owners, in the winter of 2022. Including a custom-built bunk room that sleeps 4 as well as a customized game room garage conversion.

When you step through the doors of the beautifully decorated 'Palm Court Villa', you are welcomed by a seating area with a generous desk and comfy chair for the convenience of those who may need to stay connected while away, as well as a wall-mounted internet TV. A hallway with a coat rack and bench will lead you to an open floor plan with a dining area and table that seats six, a fully equipped bright, modern, kitchen with granite countertops, four high bar stools, and state-of-the-art kitchen appliances. Come and relax in the spacious theater-like living area which completes the ground floor with a sumptuous, comfortable sectional. Enjoy a movie on the 85-inch Smart TV with surround sound, or connect your device to the provided Bluetooth-enabled soundbar, and embark on your own impromptu dance-off. Double French doors lead directly from the lounge area onto the rear patio area with porch fans, lighting, and a dining table to seat six. The two sun lounge chairs offer a relaxing spot to sit and view the Palmer course, long views to the Reunion Grande, and the beautiful Florida sunsets.

Upstairs, you will find an elegant, large master suite featuring a King-size bed, walk-in closet, SMART 55' tv, a spa-like bath, a large walk-in shower, a double vanity with granite countertops, and a separate WC. The Master also features a sizeable private balcony with seating and breathtaking views over the Palmer golf course. On this floor, you will also find a tastefully decorated bedroom with a King-size bed, a small desk with a chair, and a 50' SMART TV, as well as a bunk room that boasts four twin custom-built bunk beds that is decorated in a ship theme including, starry night fiber optics over each of the four sleep areas, perimeter LCD lighting, 43' Smart tv, as well as individual night lights, it's sure to delight kids of any age. These two bedrooms share a bathroom featuring a double vanity with granite countertops, it's equipped with a pocket door separating the vanity area and the WC, and a bathtub with an overhead shower. All three bedrooms on the second floor feature beautiful newly installed LVP flooring that provides a cleaner environment, remote control ceiling fans, iPhone charging Bluetooth speakers, and charging stations attached to the nightstands.

For your convenience, the washer and dryer are also located, within a laundry closet, on the second floor.

The in-law's apartment is located above the garage and accessed via a staircase from a separate entrance leading off the courtyard. The apartment has an inviting coastal theme with an open floor plan including a living room with a spacious seating area, an iPhone charger with Bluetooth speaker, a 55' SMART TV, a table with seating for 4, a small kitchen with granite countertops, sink, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. There are two full-size beds, air conditioning, and ceiling fans. A bathroom with bathtub and overhead shower, WC, and single vanity unit with granite countertop. There is a large walk-in dressing room leading from the bathroom.

Below, have a blast in the newly air-conditioned, fully converted garage that is now a space-themed game room. You will be fully surrounded by custom murals that will allow both kids and adults alike to be immersed in a galaxy far away for hours of fun, this area is equipped with an adult-sized air hockey table, a two-person gaming table with 60 of your favorite classic games, multiplayer NBA jam arcade game, a Star Wars electronic pinball machine, 6 people bar seating with two 55'SMART tv's hooked to a PS4, and Xbox1 gaming system, or perhaps play a game of cards at the dining table with 4 chairs.

Take full advantage of the Florida sunshine with your own private, spacious, and lushly landscaped pool area, featuring a variety of plants and palm trees, set within the South-facing courtyard. This large outside area will provide you with a private space to allow you to take in the rays without being disturbed. The pool area features a poolside shower, 2 gravity hammock chairs, two comfy rocking conversation chairs, and a table with seating for six. The pool has been newly resurfaced in 2022, with the addition of an adorable tile turtle family leading from the steps into the generous pool. The pool has an overflow water feature and a rock water feature.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
