“An excellent holiday with fantastic accommodation.” Our family stayed here whilst holidaying in Orlando this year, and the accommodation was absolutely superb. The location is not too far from all the Disney/Universal and Seaworld attractions and also easy access to routes to the east coast (Kennedy space center). All amenities at the villa were spot on, with the pool being both big enough for adults and safe enough for children, with the added bonus that there are water toys for the children located in the garage, and the pool itself is secluded. The property itself is in a beautiful estate, which we walked around as it was scenic and all the residents were so cheerful and helpful, (with the added bonus of a state trooper living right across the street). The local eateries are clean and cheap, with great service. We thoroughly recommend this villa and will definately be staying here again. Thank you for making our holiday that extra special, we look forward to coming next year.

“Very comfortable home from home with the sun” We had a great time at Christine’s villa. The villa is extremely well located in a very quiet, residential area just outside Kissimmee. The villa is very easy to find from the airport, and is just off the US 192 and close to the freeways. Very central to Disney, and a not too distant drive to Universal, close to all the shopping malls and within a short distance to many restaurants, Black Angus almost on the doorstep. The villa itself was very well equipped, everything necessary for a great stay was there, all the amenities from cooking to internet, really made you feel at home, with the added benefit of the pool and sun. We would certainly recommend the villa to our family and friends and are planning another visit next year. Christine was very helpful, good communication, with clear concise details of getting to and accessing the villa. Thanks again we really did have a memorable holiday, and great stay.

“Absolutely Wonderful” We stayed for over a week and the place is wonderful -- as advertised. Communication was great, owner easy to work with, close to everything (parks, restaurants, groceries, etc.). “We will not be going anywhere else!” This was our second stay at the beautiful villa. Local to all the best restaurants, Wall-Mart and Target for food shops. With only a 15 minute drive we were in the theme parks, International Drive and only 45 minutes from Lego Land. The views from the pool across the lakes are so relaxing, a peaceful location and private. With plenty of room for the whole family, all the rooms are kitted out to a high standard, themed for the kids as well! We will not be looking for anywhere else when we return, only here!

“Fantastic Top Quality Home” Immaculate house with plenty of room, the rooms had everything we needed. This property has gone beyond a standard rental as has everything you need from toys for pool, beach towels, baby accessories to waterproof ponchos for wet days! Nothing had not already been thought of. Definitely will be booking again and highly recommend to anyone. It was easy to find in a secluded cul de sac location not far from all main routes.

“This home helped make some incredible memories!” I had a large group I needed to accommodate for, so this was the main reason I chose this house. What a complete delight it was! It has more than enough space for a group of 12. I wasn't sure how often we'd use the pool, due to going to the various amusement parks, but it turned out to be a great relaxation spot for kids & adults! It is a very private location which was nice. It is an easy drive to all Orlando attractions. The rooms were all nicely furnished, & the beds were so comfy that a few of us took pictures of the mattress brand so that we can find one to buy! The kitchen is fully stocked with every utensil/container you could imagine you'd need, & came in handy for "taco night" the first night we were there. I really cannot think of any negative comment to write about our stay. The owner was very pleasant, & quick to reply to any queries I had before our stay. I would not hesitate to recommend this rental home to others, & will definitely stay here again when in Florida!

“Outstanding!” We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your villa and found everything to be just as pictured and described on your website. The accommodations were spotless and beautifully decorated. Everything was provided at the villa and we could not have asked for anything more! We had a fabulous time. The owner and management company were a pleasure to deal with, and was very quick to respond to all our requests and questions. This villa far exceeded our expectations and I would recommend it to any family looking for a clean, comfortable and spacious home with great decor situated very close to all the local attractions. “Home from Home” Fantastic, well kept villa, right in the middle of kissimmee but secluded enough so your out of the hustle and bustle. Great amenities close by with a 24 hour wall Mart 5 mins drive away. Great private pool with the option to have it heated! Excellent communication from the owner. With a management company always on hand to rectify any problems (which we never had). Pool is cleaned on e weekly. Plenty I kitchen utensils so your not busy washing up all the time. Great household appliances, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer. Also a new addition for 2013 is the games room great for family fun in the evenings. I would definitely recommend and I myself will be back I stay again!
