“Perfect for family fun” After a tumultuous journey, arriving at midnight after a unplanned Icelandic stopover, we were more than happy to find a clean,comfortable, spacious and well equipped apartment. Ideal location for all theme parks - only 30 minutes max to Universal/Wet and Wild (furthest away), 15 minutes to Disneyworld and about an hours drive to the west coast of Florida. A 24 hour pharmacy/grocery store on the doorstep, five minute drive to a huge Walmart, and walking distance to several restaurants to suit all budgets from cheap as chips Cracker Barrel to medium priced but great value Longhorns. Although we were too busy to take full advantage of the clubhouse and swimming pool regularly, it was welcoming and arranges things such as a Halloween kids party. Quiet in the evenings with a small patio area to enjoy a beer in the evenings. Big comfortable bed in the double, equally comfortable twin rooms with both being en-suite. TV in both bedrooms and main living room. Wifi and free local/international phone calls - invaluable for looking up restaurant/event numbers and making bookings. Frankly, the price paid for staying here is an absolute steal and if ever we plan to return to Florida, we really will have no need to look further than re-booking here.

“Excellent and would definitely recommend to others” Absolutely faultless accommodation and service from start to finish. Excellent communication from owners throughout and they couldn't have been more helpful In ensuring our vacation went smoothly. The accommodation was beautiful, clean and very spacious. All the attractions, shops, and facilities in close proximity. We couldn't have asked for anything more and have nothing negative to say about our stay. “Excellent” The condo is perfectly positioned for a Disney world. It took us 15 mins to get to world drive. We had a fantastic holiday. The children swam in the pool everyday and the condo was excellent with a beautiful view of the lake. Mary, the owner was very helpful and made the holiday that much better. Many thanks.

“Fabulous!” We loved our stay in Simba's pride. We had always stayed in hotels before this, so we did not know what to expect. When we walked in, he condo was clean and beautifully decorated. It was so nice to come back from Disney with my family to enjoy three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully furnished kitchen and a beautiful large living room, rather two cramped hotel rooms. (And it was cheaper too!) Frank's detailed notes gave us everything we needed to make our stay complete. We used one of his suggestions to buy cheaper tickets at Walmart and avoid the ticket lines at Disney. The location was great- only 10-15 minutes to the big attractions. It was also nice to have a washer, dryer and dishwasher at our disposal. They were convenient and very easy to use. My teenage girls loved the free wifi and tennis court, the extra rooms to spread out away from their parents, and my son loved the pool. Frank and Lenore have converted our family. No more hotels! We would definitely stay there again.
