From the owner

Casa Farra is a Large 4 bedroom villa situated in its own grounds.

It has a full tourist licence granted by the local council which gives our guests peace of mind that they are staying in a fully compliant villa.

The villa is located at the lower end of the prestigious and quiet Los Mojones area and is a 5 min walk to the old town with numerous restaurants and bars to sample. There are 2 large supermarkets also within the area.

The villa is set in a mature garden of 1000 sq m with lots of features and some shaded areas making it very spacious and pleasurable.

A private swimming pool with roman steps measuring 8.5 m by 4.5 m is situated at the front of the house also incorporated is a small kids pool. The pool is electrically heated to 28 degrees from October to May and then runs on solar if required. There are gates to prevent children entering the pool area and gardens.

Pool towels are provided for our guests, along with a cupboard full of pool toys. There are 8 good quality sun loungers with toppers.

A welcome pack is provided containing all the basics to start your holiday.

All four bedrooms and the front room have air conditioning which is coin operated.

There are security safes in each bedroom and a large safe capable of holding 4 lap tops. All windows and doors have security grills and security lighting is fitted around the villa. We can provide free of charge 2 travel cots with linen for infants.

The main hall acts as the games area and has a full size pool table, Wii and Play Station with games as well as a DVD player with loads of kids DVDs.

There is a fully fitted kitchen with Cooker,Microwave, Coffee Percolator, Hot plate, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, 2 fridge freezers and all the implements you would require.

The lounge has a large flat screen TV, DVD player with over 200 disks and a TV system that gives all sport and movie channels. There are also a number of board games.

WiFi internet access is available free of charge.

Hair dryers are provided in each bedroom.

There are 3 bathrooms, one in the en suite bedroom that has a shower, sink and toilet , the main bathroom has a bath, rain shower, toilet and twin sink, the other bathroom has a shower and toilet.

The laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

There is ample clothes drying space at the rear of the villa.

All rooms are fitted with both EU and UK type electrical sockets so there is no need for travel adaptors.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
