This established and prestigious complex of approximately forty apartments enjoys stunning panoramic views of the sea, Old Town, harbour and across to the neighbouring islands of Fuerteventura and Los Lobos.

The apartment is semi-detached and no other guests above. It is maintained by Lago Verde for your assistance. Wonderful views from most rooms and well positioned within the estate for all amenities.

This Suite has its own Fibre based Wi-Fi.

This is a privately owned apartment. The online calendar is promptly updated. Please enquire for weeks during all blank calendar periods and other periods if alternative apartments would be acceptable.

On the estate you will find an independently owned snack/licensed bar which is conveniently located next to the attractive swimming pool and sunbathing terraces.

Local shops, bars and restaurants are 200 yards away and the town/harbour with a superb selection of fish restaurants are all within 5 minutes walk; sandy beaches are around 12 minutes walk from the complex.

The Reception is manned by multi-lingual staff and provides all general information, excursion bookings, internet access and safety deposit boxes. They can also supply a token for the on site laundry. There is a bi-weekly maid service with towel change.

Lago Verde has a Touristic License and this suite is advertised on behalf of the apartment Owner by arrangement with the Sole Agent.

Cancellations, or short notice date changes, are subject to a 80€ fee. This is due to the same levy being applied, on the Owner, by the Lago Verde complex.

You have full support from Reception on site during open hours and an emergency number when not open. They are in full Liaison with the Owner also. We alone are assigned by the Suite Owner to assist in the process of taking bookings. It is the Owner who provides the property for you. We advise your booking to the Lago Verde complex and agency, so that all is prepared for you. We will liaise with you throughout the booking process and up to your arrival. The Reservation amount is our fee for the above. We are UK based. Up until arriving you can obtain support and information from us whenever you wish.
