This up and coming quiet and peaceful complex of Las Orquideas is centrally located in the town of Puerto del Carmen, offering easy access to public or private transport for you to explore this wonderful island.

All amenities, including supermarkets, the large clean beach and many excellent restaurants along the Avenida de las Playas are within strolling distance.

Pricing: 2 Persons = £350.00 per week

3 or 4 persons - please add £10.00 per guest / per night

The complex benefits from being situated in private gated gardens.

Top floor Apartment, therefore no noise from above, PLUS amazing Sea and Mountain views.

From the front door into a large modern living / kitchen / dining area.

Via patio doors to a good sized south facing balcony furnished with 2 sun loungers plus patio table and chairs for Alfresco dinning.

With one double bedroom and one twin bedded room, a good sized bathroom the apartment and complex is an ideal stay with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

Drew has gone above and beyond with this apartment, all the amenities, great balcony to enjoy the sun, swimming pool is a bonus, close to the shops , the Hippo and spar our favourite, Short distance away from the shops. Will definitely book again, Thank you Drew,kind regards, Nige and Steve.

We have been going to Lanzarote and mainly PDC for some years now and we can honestly say this is the best apartment we have stayed in. The situation is perfect - full sea views and sun on balcony all day. It's a few minutes walk to front and plenty of shops/supermarkets within walking distance, close to old town and Biosfera. Drew made our stay perfect with little touches. All modern appliances and everything and more that you could need for your stay. Table/chairs and loungers on balcony as well as loungers around pool. Comfortable settee and bed (we only used one bedroom). All UK TV channels available. The booking from start to finish was very smooth. Would we stay again, absolutely but not in height of Summer as only fans and no a/c available.

“FANTASTIC APARTMENT”

Just returned home from a fantastic week. Apartment is fab great size everything you need for a self catering holiday. Amazing balcony with sun loungers get the sun all day, lovely pool area and is lovely and quiet. Its in a great location only a 5-10 min walk to all you need. Will definately be back and have already recommended to family and friends

Always shied away from Puerto del Carmen and used Playa Blanca, Marina Rubicon but Drew’s apartment has convinced us that we were correct to give PDC a try. Drew was helpful, flexible and efficient from the start of our negotiations and was a pleasure to deal with. The apartment is well equipped, the bed in the master is very comfortable, great hairdryer, plenty of hot water for two,good free WiFi and a fully equipped kitchen for a self catering holiday, (although we ate out every evening). There was a Lidl about a 7mins walk, a Hiperdino, 5 mins and a local shop less than 2mins from the gate. We found a couple of friendly local bars where I could watch my footie and my husband the rugby and some really nice tapas and European restaurants within an easy walk. We don’t really like the typical burger/steak and chips and British places abroad but there was certainly plenty of them within and easy walk too, as was the beach and Old Town. The main reason we would happily return was the peace and quiet and the lack of tourist noise, no noisy bars nearby, some days I was the only one in the pool (unheated but refreshing). Lovely views from the balcony with sun all day and no queuing for sun beds! My only point would be is, that without air-con, I would not choose to stay in the heat of the summer although Drew does supply fans. Would go back today if I could.

“Excellent”

Our first time in this particular apartment and have to say it’s excellent. Everything is provided for a pleasant stay with a small supermarket just a couple of blocks away. It’s a lovely peaceful location but only around a five minute walk down to the main strip with all its bars and restaurants. We have already booked more visits for next year.

“Another fantastic stay”

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at Drew's apartment and had another brilliant holiday. Drew is always contactable and helpful with any problems or questions. The apartment is lovely and spacious with a great view and lovely pool. Near to all the restaurants (about a 10 minute stroll, maybe 20 if you go to the harbour). Can't wait to book again for next year :-)

Why can't I call Drew (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Drew (the owner) a message.

If Drew (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
