Loma Verde Apartments in Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote are located just above the Old Town. The development has a large communal swimming pool, and a separate child's pool.

Our Apartment no. 425 is south facing and directly in front of the pool on the first floor. The 16sq m balcony is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers and receives sun all day long.It also enjoys truly amazing panoramic sea views.

The apartment has a kitchen with stainless steel appliances including, hob, a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and chrome fixtures with a granite work surface top. Oven unit if you Like eating in.

There Lounge is open plan with the dining area. A large sofa in the lounge converts into a double bed, Cable TV has 12 channels both English and Irish channels and if you have films/programmes on USB key, there is a port a the back of the TV for playing same. There is also a selections of good books. Wifi has been recently installed.

The recently refurbished bedroom consists of 2 single beds with a large wardrobe and bedside cabinet. The apartment has a safe and hair dryer. The bathroom has a large walk in shower.There are extra utilities in the apartment which include a washing machine, iron, ironing board and extra storage space for luggage cases etc. The apartment sleeps 2 to 3 people with twin beds and double pull out sofa, a travel cot is also available for infants.

The complex is a few minutes' drive from the exclusive, international marina of Puerto Calero. An excellent choice of restaurants and shops are nearby.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Paraic (the owner) a message.

If Paraic (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
