Caleton Blanco apartments are beachfront, along the beach 'Playa Grande' of Puerto del Carmen. They can accommodate four people in all the modern comforts of two rooms, a fully equipped kitchen (toaster, coffee machine, microwave, washing machine,...), a lounge with Bay window overlooking the sea and a large 18 m² terrace to enjoy the Sun in all circumstances.

The residence includes a small pool for children and a large swimming pool for adults, loungers and direct access to the beach.

The shops for shopping to daily life, beach, restaurants and bars shops spread at the foot of the residence.

Golf, casino, bowling, karaoke, karting, treck in volcanoes, scuba diving,... the formidales holiday await you in this island where it's sunny all year round!

“Superb Apartment”

The apartment was perfect for our needs, it is in a good quiet location and close to all amenities. We happened to stay here during the "Lockdown" and the apartment had all cooking facilities we needed with a supermarket about 100 yds away. The only downside was that the wifi was intermttent, this affected the TV channels and connection to the internet, if this was resolved it would be a great bonus for the apartment. Overall we will be coming back here,

Lovely apartment with a fantastic location and amazing balcony. Unfortunately the WiFi was awful during our stay, this meant ongoing issues with internet tv and accessing internet and music on personal devices via WiFi. This was a 1 week respite holiday which followed 2 weeks in another apartment in PDC where WiFi was perfect. ( I know the island can experience connection problems at times but this was down for days) For this reason WiFi was extremely important as we were spending a lot of time in the apartment particularly in the evenings. I specifically asked about the connection before booking and was assured it was great. I reported the first issue the morning after we arrived and it was resolved within 24 hours with a new router. Everything was then ok for 24 hours then it failed again. I contacted the local lady looking after the place and the owner via this website and unfortunately neither responded. I ended up having to pay my own mobile provider for additional data to watch Netflix, listen to music etc. Really disappointed that I had no response following my 2nd contact ....if you require good WiFi I wouldn’t risk booking this apartment, otherwise I would have given 4/5 stars.

“Caleton apartment Puerto Del Carmen”

Spent ten days in this very clean and spacious apartment. It has a very sunny balcony with wide sea views. Comfy king sized bed. Good WiFi. Close to shops and bars/restaurants but still a very quiet complex. Nice pool area. Minor negatives: Shower cubicle quite small, no cooker. But really not a problem. Would recommend and return. Thanks Sandie we had a relaxing holiday.

Lovely apartment, plenty of space inside and out on balcony which gets the sun all day, lovely pool area with plenty of sun beds. The big pool is very deep 6ft is the shallow end. Lots of steps to apartment but worth being on top floor for views and sun. Easy instructions to get in to apartment and only 10 min from airport. Right on beach and main strip for all restaurants. We will be going back, thanks sandie

“Superb views and location”

Great location close to bars and restaurants along playa de Avenida but also close to biosfera shopping and old town. Superb balcony overlooking pool area and with sea views. Kitchen area small but perfectly fine for cooking breakfast and snacks. Nice comfy lounge. Wi-fi good. Didn’t really use tv but seemed to have all we needed. Would definitely rebook this lovely apartment. Only downside for some would be no a/c but vents in bedroom windows combined with Lanzarote breezekept us cool enough at night.

How do damage deposits work?
