Situated in the Residencial Duquesa complex in La Duquesa on the Costa Del Sol. A beautifully furnished south facing penthouse , with the best views from any apartment in the whole of the Residencial Duquesa complex .A top apartment of just three floors. Situated 10 to 12 minutes of easy walking between the beaches and restaurants of Sabinillas and 3 or 4 more minutes to the lovely marina of La Duquesa. With fantastic panoramic sea views from the south facing and totally private terrace with views to the two lovely pools. Canopies provide full or partial shade as required.If you would like to see a walk through five minute video please visit YouTube and type Residencial Duquesa by Tony Hulbert .Please let me know if you have problems finding it as I can send you a link through email. Now with superfast fibre optic broadband [ 100mb download and upload ] and full TV package with sports, movies and all English channels . A high chair and cot can be provided for babies . “We love this apartment - five visits to date”
It feels like coming home by now, except that this apartment is possibly nicer that ours! We were impressed on our first visit several years ago and it still continues to impress. Great accommodation with lots of facilities that make the experience fantastic. It's in a great location too being only ten minutes walk for either the more Spanish San Luis de Sabinillas or the more cosmopolitan Las Duquesa port. There are many good restaurants and bars available, but don't miss out on the local places just down the hill and only five minutes walk. We're back again in June and can't wait to be at our "home from home". Tony and Rosie are easily reached if needed and will look after you really well.

Just perfect! We were 2 adults with our 4 year-old-son. The apartment is very clean and comfortable , really well decorated and you will find everything you need ! The owners are extremely friendly and helpful! We’ll come back for sure ! No single negative point! Very nice pool, friendly neighbors , quiet place and lots of activities to do for those who want to! Just the perfect holidays !

We rented Tony's apartment for 3 weeks from mid-March to first week in April. It was absolutely superb and we could not fault it in any way. Excellently appointed, the apartment had everything that you could possibly need with a very helpful guide to explain all aspects. The parking space is totally secure and nice and wide, just in front of a lockable store cupboard containing sun-beds and chairs for use in the glorious sunshine. The view from the terrace is amazing! That's what you call a sea-view. Ideally located within easy walking distance of 2 excellent supermarkets, SuperSol & Mercadona as well as the working town of Sabinillas, the port of Duquesa and the old village of Castillas, all of which have a fantastic selection of bars and restaurants ( and the beach of course! ). We wholeheartedly recommend this apartment, you will not be disappointed and we will definitely return.

“Ubiquitous Penthouse apartment.”
I love a holiday where I am not stuck in a hotel room, where I have the freedom to eat out, stay in, do whatever I fancy with no restrictions in a comfortable clean spacious environment. This apartment was superb. There was nothing lacking. Pristine, modern,comfortable and its location suited us fine. It may not be beachfront but we like to walk and wander and explore and this apartment was a 10 to 15 minute walk from the beautiful marina at Duquesa. It was secure. In fact I have never stayed in such a well designed apartment complex in Spain before. Underground secure parking with your bespoke space. Access to the interior garden and pool areas was impossible unless you had a key, I felt totally at ease. The high quality of the apartment was obvious from the moment we opened the solid front door.. The kitchen was fully kitted out, it lacked nothing. Cutlery glasses and plates were superior quality. Our weather was great for mid winter with only a couple of dull or wet days. On those days we had access to any channel you could think of in a comfortable modern living room. Games (it was Xmas and New Year) supplied. Books, (we added to the collection) umbrellas. I cannot stress how much thought has gone into this particular holiday home. We will be back, would like to visit possibly June or September time. Have no reservations about commending this apartment. Just loved it. Oh and thanks to Tony the owner for all of his kind information before we went nothing seemed too much trouble.
