Spectacular Duplex in a private complex, located just five minutes from Puerto del Carmen.- The house is located in the Residencial Noray complex, which stands out for its tranquility, good location and high-quality facilities. In addition, the house is decorated in a minimalist way and following the Zen philosophy, it is fully equipped, it has WIFI connection, air conditioning, barbecue and everything so that your stay is completely comfortable and quiet.- Furthermore, the complex has a communal pool, large area solarium and private parking.

Thank you very much for your opinion, it is very important for us! Richard and her wife stayed in our lovely house for 28 nights. The communication during their stay was very good and they were very happy in our house. During their stay all the little things that they could need were provided fastly. About the rooms to improve, in the cleaning aspect a weekly clean was offered at their arrival, but they decided to refuse it as it has a cost and they do not considered it was necessary. So we gave them a courtesy clean service after two weeks for free. Also we included bedding packs for replacement during their time in the house. About the bedding clothes we always check the conditions of everything in the house, in order to offer the best service, so we will take into account your comment in this fact and will act consequently. Why can't I call Sergio (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sergio (the owner) a message.

If Sergio (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
