Villa Alzambra has a standard capacity for 12 guests. It can accommodate up to 2 extra guests adding extra beds/linen/towels in 2 bedrooms for an additional fee.
Booking prices are the same up to 10 guests. Additional guests are allowed for an extra fee. Only the quoted number of guests are allowed to sleep at the property. Access to the villa will not be granted should the numbers of guests is greater than the booking quote, unless the extra fee is payed in full.
The villa has a 100 Megabytes fiber optic WiFi Internet across all rooms and up to the garden.
The living room TV has been replaced by a 50" Panasonic Smart TV with WiFi, Netflix, Games...
The basement has been fully refurbished:
- 75" Sony Smart TV with Home Cinema speaker system, WiFi, Netflix ,...
- New Sauna room with shower
- 2 New double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom
- New bar room with fridge and microwave for popcorn making.

La Alzambra is a luxury and secure complex located only 5 minutes walk to Puerto Banus area (600 meters). Literally. This is the closest villa to Puerto Banus, please check google map walking distance link:
I strongly recommend you to verify the Google Map to Puerto Banus directions of any property advertised as "Within walking distance to Puerto Banus". Most of them are several kilometers away and car is absolutely necessary for everything. Not in Villa Alzambra #3, where you can walk for groceries, restaurants, beach and amenities.
There is an ICELAND supermarket 100 meters away, just at the entrance of the complex, please check google street link: https://goo.gl/maps/wwndi
This is very handy since you don't want to hire a Taxi to go shopping for groceries.
Just in front of ICELAND there is also an OPENCOR minimarket opened 24/7/365.
Puerto Banus area is 600 meters away, where you will find lots of restaurants, the big shopping center EL CORTE INGLES, two nice and quiet beaches with Chiringuitos to eat in the white sand and, of course, the very well know harbor Puerto Banus with mostly all Top Designer name shops and million. Our private villa has now 6 double bedrooms with 6 ensuite bathrooms
The first floor has its own AC/Heating system for the 3 bedrooms upstairs.
- 1 master bedroom with kingsize bed, 50" TV, wardrobe with wall SAFE, 1 ensuite double bathroom with separated bath and shower and access to open terrace with partial sea views.
- A second double bedroom with 2 single beds, 40" TV, ensuite double bathroom and direct access to open terrace with partial sea views.
- A third double bedroom with 2 single beds, ensuite single bathroom and views to both the garden and the mountains (from the bathroom)
The ground floor has it own AC/Heating system.
- 1 double bedroom with 2 single beds, ensuite single bathroom and views to the property private garden.
- 1 double bedroom with natural light, individual AC, Heating, 2 single beds and an ensuite bathroom with shower.

Most of the villa has Indonesian solid wood and custom made furniture. The private garden and pool are very well kept, there is a huge covered terrace with chill-out for 5, dining for 8, lounge and outdoor charcoal barbecue. The basement has a huge sauna for 6-8 and an open room with a home Cinema system and a bar with fridge and popcorn microwave (ideal for kids or adults).

“Fabulous home and location”
My 7 friends and I had a wonderful stay at Porto banus. We would recommend to anyone. I was not able to met with Nacho but he was contactable at all times to assist with Any questions about places to see or eat or golf courses. We had a great 4 night stay and would certainly stay again
“Villa Alzambra weekend”
from the moment we found this villa, the service from the villas owner Nacho de la Fuente has been amazing, kind and very efficient. The villa is in excellent condition and has an amazing pool and outdoor area for entertaining, lounging around a BBQ's. The location of the villa is ideal and easy to find! Easily the best accommodation we have stayed at. This is a must visit place.
We stayed at the villa at the beginning of April for 6 days. From being greeted by Nacho on arrival to handing back the Villa our stay was faultless. The villa is in excellent condition. We utilised all of the bedrooms which are fitted out to a high standard along with the en-suite facilities. The pool, garden, terrace and living areas are all exceptional and the villa was more than acomodating for 9 of us. We made full use of the Sauna (which is an added luxury) and the outside BBQ on a daily basis and the basement car park is huge!!! Lazy days around the pool were perfect as the garden area is very private and a sun trap for those who want to pick up a tan. What makes the villa stand out from all other villas I have stayed in is its location. A short 10 minute walk into Puerto Banus ensuring that the lovely harbour bars and restaurants are easily accessbile and finding the villa off the A-7 is extremely easy. I would urge people to reserve this villa. I know we are intending on returning!!!!
