Well decorated and situated 4 bedrooms townhouse in large and well taken

care of communal gardens and swimming pool. Very secure complex.

Walking distance to Puerto Banus, restaurants, playground, paddle

tennis, tennis, and Mercadona supermarket inside the urbanization, many coffe shops and a restaurants inside the complex.

Direct access from the back deck of the house to swimmingpool and gardens

Good urbanisation for group of friends.Pets welcome (you need to inform us first what type of animal).

Wifi internet fiber optic for free in all the house. Plasma tv in the livingroom. Security grilles (recca bars) in all the house.

Bedlinen and towels also provided and included in the price.

The swimming pool it is salted which it is awesome for your skin, it is anti-stress, no side effects as chlorinated a pool and you will get a better tan!

Very Nice house with a lot of space ! The pool is quite agreable and the neighbourhood is Nice ! While it is possible to walk to the city center it's not that close

Why can't I call Luis & Monica (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Luis & Monica (the owner) a message.

If Luis & Monica (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
