Apartment locatedp in Porto Colom.

With maximun capacity of five person.

The apartment is located in the old side of the port called Sa Capella.

Walking only 5 minutes you have a wide offer of stores, good restaurants, lovely terraces, shops. In the place 4 lovely beaches around.

Summary:

With Wifi included. The apartment has a wide sitting room open to a dinning room with TV, a ceiling fan and air conditioning.

With 3 double bedrooms and 2 complete bathrooms.

One bedroom with double bed and complete bathroom in suite.

Another bedroom with 2 single beds and the third one with a single bed with the option to add a baby cot.

All the bedrooms with wardrobes, hangers, double glass in all the windows and parquet on the floor.

The kitchen is full equiped with oven, hob, fridge, kettle, microwave, coffe machine, dishwascher, washing machine and an iron.

On the top we have a nice terrace with fantastic views from the Marina, the bay, the port, the lighthouse and the mountains. With garden furniture with tables, chairs and new sunbeds. With total privacity while you enjoy the space and the views and a place to dry the clothes in it.

Since 1st of July 2016 in the Baleares Islands there's a new Tourisim tax called Ecotasa. With this tax each tourist has to pay 3€ a day (kids under 16 don't pay) at the 8th day this tax is 0,50€ per day.

Apartamento en Porto Colom, zona de vacaciones con un gran puerto deportivo y una preciosa bahía natural, con cuatro magníficas playas en la zona.

Resumen:

El apartamento tiene una capacidad máxima para 5 adultos.

Con wifi, un aparato de aire acondicionado frío-calor en el salón comedor, ventiladores de techo, cocina totalmente equipada, termo eléctrico, ventanas abatibles con doble cristal en todas las ventanas y parqué.

Gran terraza superior con vistas estupendas de la marina y la bahía. Con mobiliario de jardín, una gran pérgola movible, mesas, sillas, hamacas para tomar el sol y un espacio para tender la ropa. Desde aquí Usted tendrá total privacidad mientras disfrutará del entorno.

El apartamento tiene un amplio salón comedor y un balcón exterior en el mismo piso. Con televisor de 32 pulgadas, muebles de salón, zona de relax con sofás, un ventilador de techo, amplia mesa comedor, silla de bebé y aire acondicionado en el salón comedor.

Hay 3 dormitorios. El dormitorio principal tiene cama de matrimonio y ventilador de techo sobre la cama. Con baño completo en suite y mampara de cristal, lavabo, espejo, bidé, váter y secador de pelo.

El segundo dormitorio es doble con dos camas individuales y la posibilidad de poner las dos camas juntas si viene una pareja.

El tercer dormitorio tiene cama individual y se puede añadir una cuna.

Todos los dormitorios tienen amplios armarios con perchas y zapateros.

Se ofrecen toallas, ropa de cama y edredones para todas las habitaciones. También para la cuna.

Hay otro cuarto de baño completo con ducha, lavabo y wc junto a los dormitorios pequeños.

La cocina está equipada con horno y encimera eléctrica, extractor de humos, microondas, nevera con congelador, lavavajillas, lavadora, tostadora, cafeteras, 2 fregaderos, amplios armarios de cocina y todos los útiles de menaje para cocinar.

Hay plancha y tabla de planchar.

En Porto Colom hay 4 playas estupendas, así que podrá elegir dónde bañarse cada día.

En la Islas Baleares se cobra la Ecotasa, un Impuesto Turístico desde el día 1 de Julio de 2016. Se deben pagar 3€ por persona y noche hasta el séptimo día, y luego se cobra 0,50€ por persona y noche (los menores de 16 años no pagan).

Este impuesto se cobra a la entrada en todo tipo de viviendas vacacionales, apartamentos y hoteles.

Qué hacer en su tiempo libre:

En Porto Colom podrá alquilar embarcaciones de recreo a motor o a vela (con o sin licencia) motos acuáticas, tablas de surf.

Practicar submarinismo o senderismo por los alrededores, alquilar bicicletas o motos.

Hacer senderismo bordeando toda la bahía del puerto, de faro a faro es una magnífica opción.

A unos 10 minutos en coche, muy cerca de S'Horta está el Golf Vall d'Or por si le gusta practicar este deporte.

Desde el Santuario de Sant Salvador en la cima de la montaña que lleva el mismo nombre, gozará de unas magníficas vistas de toda la comarca y los alrededores. Podrá visitar el Santuario, la iglesia y el restaurante, famoso por su típica comida mallorquina al que van muchos excursionistas de la zona. Pueden aparcar bajo la montaña y subir a pie, en bicicleta o bien en coche hasta la cima.

Visitar las ruinas del Castell de Santueri. Si desea hacer senderismo es ideal, o bien puede ir en coche.

Visitar los pueblos de los alrededores que son, S'Horta, Felanitx, Cala d'Or, Porto Cristo o bien ir a visitar la preciosa ciudad Palma ( tardará 60 minutos en coche).

Seguro que disfrutará mucho de su estancia.
