SUMMARY

The newly renovated modern and traditional apartment is perfectly located for beaches, sea front, public transport, parks, town centre, shopping centre, sea, surf, swimming pool, everything is close by and accessible. It has great views with a light and spacious lounge, Large bedroom, functional bathroom and fully fitted kitchen. Perfect for families, couples, adventurers, weekenders, holidays, events, beach, watersports, golf, cycling, walkers and anyone looking for a great apartment and break on the beautiful South Wales coastline.

THE APARTMENT

The lounge has bright windows looking onto griffin park in Porthcawl with a single bed or a comfortable sofa bed, there is a flat screen TV and central heating as well as wardrobes and hanging space.

The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge, small freezer, oven, electric hob, microwave, toaster, fitted cupboards, breakfast bar, stools and cooking utensils.

The large bedroom has a kingsized bed with full wardrobe and cupboard space.

The bathroom has a power shower, toilet and sink unit and links onto the bedroom

THE ACCESS

There is ample free day long parking at the rear of the premises on Northways Road or adjacent to the apartment by Griffin ParkAccess is through the front door off the main road, then up stairs with handrail to the first floor door entrance.

FACILITIES AND ATTRACTIONS

The apartment is situated by a water sports and beautician facility, all guests will receive 50% reduction for all water sports hire equipment including surf boards, body boards, wet suits, kayaks, paddle boards and all accessories and equipment as well as the chance to partake in Gorge Walking, Canyoning, Coasteering, Surfing, Kayaking, paddle boarding at a reduced cost. The facility can also be used for sporting equipment storage if supply your own equipment.

Guest will also recieve 20% reduction for massage and beauty treatments.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

The property and location is perfect for all types of vacation including, beach holidays, activity breaks, watersports, golf breaks, surfing, kayaking, family vacations, couples retreat etc.

The appartment is situated directly infront of the sea front and right next to Porthcawl town with full access to all amenities and facilities.

The apartment is operated under an environmental low impact policy therefore we kindly ask you to recycle all waste using the appropriate bins. We will enter the premises to collect the waste every 2 days, alternatively If the bins are getting full, please contact and we will get them removed, spare waste and recycling bags will be provided. Also all laundry items are washed and dried naturally and not in a dryer or ironed to reduce the carbon impact of the premises. The radiators are operated by thermostatic valves on the side of each radiator, adjust to suit your preferred temperature. Please turn off all radiators when not required and hang wet items on drying racks provided. The cooker and Hob are both run from electric please make sure that all electrical appliances are turned off when not in use and leaving the building.

By trade I am an environmental research scientific diver and wish to extend the environmental protection policy to the apartment and for our guests.

OVERVIEW

Rest bay, Coney Beach, Newton Beach, The High Tide, The Pavilion Theatre, Porthcawl Town centre, Quest Adventures, Porthcawl surf, The beauty rooms, shops, restaurants, Porthcawl Harbour are all in walking distance. A short drive to The Pines cinema and retail complex(10 Minutes), Swansea City(20 minutes) and Cardiff City(30 minutes).

GETTING AROUND

Situated 3 miles off junction 37 off the m4 in South Wales, with perfect road and bus links from accross the UK.

When booking 2 persons only the King sized bed will be prepared, if separate beds are required including the extra single bed, the flat must be booked for 3 and the extra cost for the third person added. If Lee (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
