Golf View Apartment is a recently refurbished 4 Star Gold award ground floor apartment, located opposite the Rowany Golf Course in Port Erin. Appointed to a high standard it provides comfortable accommodation with ample parking outside.

Golf View sleeps four people in two twin bedrooms. There is also a south facing outdoor decked patio with table and chairs which is accessed from both bedrooms.

For larger groups this property can be booked alongside Sea View Apartment which is in the same small complex, and also sleeps 4.

Enjoy reduced rates for a round of golf at Rowany Golf Club when you stay with us.

Port Erin is small seaside town with lots going on, particularly during the summer months. Why not take a boat trip to the Calf of Man or a coastal cruise? Or paddleboarding, kayaking or sailing within the sheltered bay. For food and drink there is a growing choice of restaurants and bars, including a seaside winery where you can sit and enjoy the sunset whilst sampling their produce.

The Steam Railway runs from Port Erin via Castletown to Douglas and there is also a regular bus service which travels via the airport every 20 minutes at peak times.

Kitchen/Dining area: Electric oven, gas hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine/tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, dining table & four chairs

Lounge: Located on the ground floor. Large screen TV, DVD player & Netflix, coffee table.

Bedroom 1: Ground floor, Zip and link beds which can be configured as a super-king size or as twin beds, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, wardrobe

Ensuite wet room: Walk in shower, w/c and basin.

Bedroom 2: Ground floor, twin beds, chest of drawers, wardrobe

Family Bathroom: Walk in shower, w/c and wash hand basin with vanity unit.

Parking: Parking available.

Changeover Day: Flexible - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am. No problems with late arrivals.

We absolutely loved staying in this apartment. Everything about it was perfect. It's a very short walk to Port Erin's shops, bars, restaurants, steam trains and buses, and you can see the gorgeous sea views and amazing bay as soon as you step out of the door. The flat itself was immaculate, with a lovely modern kitchen, super comfy sofa, new carpets, huge TV, and very light and airy bedrooms. The flat is decorated in a really nice style - it's light, clean and modern with cool furniture and attractive seaside-themed artwork. - Emily, stayed March 2019

We loved this apartment, the only snag was the tiny, narrow en suite & the heavy glass sliding door to it. Otherwise it was a lovely apartment.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
