Beautiful farmhouse situated in quiet and panoramic location on the hills surrounding the nice town of Montecatici Terme. This villa has been skilfully restored preserving its original architectural features and turned into a charming and spacious independent villa, offering tastefully furnished interiors. From its hilltop location, the villa enjoys extensive views over the valley below and over Montecatini. At guests’ disposal: large furnished garden, swimming-pool (12 x 6 m – maximum depth 1,8 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09), beautiful panoramic terrace furnished with tables and chairs, playground for children, table tennis, boccia, barbecue. Bikes for hire. Telephone/internet. Parking in the property. To be requested when booking and to be paid locally: baby bed, extra bed, maid service. Pets on request. 10 ha land with olivs and fruit trees. Every second day : pool and land cleaning inclusive in price. Availible on request : kitchen service, daily cleaning.

All of the bathrooms are equipped with hair-dryer. Satellite TV available in 6 bedrooms.
