Ca’n Gatulux is a brand new villa finished in December 2017. It is one of the most luxurious holiday villas in Pollensa (North of Mallorca) and is situated in a quiet, privileged and elevated area offering the most stunning sea views over the Bay of Pollensa. It was built using the best quality materials and it has 7 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms with a maximum capacity of 14 people including children and babies. This villa is beautifully furnished, stylishly lit and skillfully dressed with local artifacts and contemporary works of art. It has all the modern comforts including air conditioning and central heating throughout the house (with individual thermostats in every room), heated floors and high speed Internet WIFI.

The ground floor of the house has 280 square meters and there are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living and dining room, a guest WC, a big kitchen, a pantry and a laundry room. Bedroom number 1 is a twin bedroom (two 0,90x1,80 meters beds) with a bathroom en-suite. Bedroom number 2 is a double bedroom (2x2 meters bed) with a bathroom en-suite completely adapted for wheelchair users.

The ample living and dining room has a fireplace and a smart TV with a built-in international satellite receiver. We receive most of the free-to-air channels from Europe, and also a few channels from other continents. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything that you will need: cutlery, dishes, glasses, cookware, an oven, a microwave, two dishwashers, a fridge, a freezer, an induction hob, different types of coffee machines (italian, american and Nespresso), a water boiler, a blender and many other small kitchen appliances. In the laundry room there is a washing machine, a dryer and an iron with an ironing board. In the pantry there is a safe box.

The upper floor of the house has 220 square meters and there are five bedrooms and five bathrooms. Bedroom number 3 is a double bedroom (2x2 meters bed) with a bathroom en-suite. Bedroom number 4 is a twin bedroom (two 1x2 meters beds) with a bathroom en-suite. Bedroom number 5 is a twin bedroom (two 1x2 meters beds) with a bathroom en-suite. Bedroom number 6 is a double bedroom (2x2 meters bed) with a bathroom en-suite. Bedroom number 7 is a double bedroom (2x2 meters bed) with bathroom en-suite. There is a huge terrace shared by bedrooms 4, 5, 6 and 7 with sofas and armchairs where you can enjoy the spectacular views.

The massive garden area is over 500 square meters with a terrace of 360 square meters. There is a large salt water swimming pool of 60 square meters (5x12 meters with a shallow end of 1,45 meters, a deep end of 2,15 meters and a 3x3 meters area for babies and young children that's only 37 centimeters deep), a hot tub that is always heated at 35ºC with a capacity for 7 people, a BBQ, tables, chairs and sun loungers. The grass is artificial, which means that it's always green, clean and comfortable. Two small porches and four sun umbrellas provide shade. There is a wooden playhouse that contains toys and swimming pool inflatables. In the garden area you will also find a Table Tennis table equipped with balls and rackets.

This villa is super child friendly and we have at the disposal of our guests and without any extra charges the use of baby cots, highchairs, stair gates and bed fences.

Furthermore we have a modern security fence for the swimming pool to prevent young children from drowning. This security fence can be removed for those guests who do not need it.

This villa is elderly friendly, with no steps to access the main areas, two bedrooms on the ground floor and all bathrooms with shower safety rails.

Our prices are final with no hidden or extra costs and include all taxes, 10% IVA, Ecotax, electricity, water, air conditioning, central heating throughout the house (with individual thermostats in every room), heated floors, Internet WIFI, private swimming pool, private garden, beach and bath towels, linen and 4 hours of cleaning service once or twice a week depending on the length of the booking. Our maintenance staff comes to the villa every day to take out the trash, clean the BBQ and look after the swimming pool, hot tub and garden.

The only optional service we offer is swimming pool heating with a price of 300 Euros per week. We guarantee that the swimming pool will have a minimum temperature of 24ºC. Available from 1/March until 15/November.

- 25% deposit due on booking and 75% balance due 3 weeks before the arrival day when booking directly and paying by bank transfer. There's a big discount on the quoted price if you book directly and pay by bank transfer.

- 50% due on booking and 50% balance due 45 days before the arrival day when booking through the HolidayLettings or any of the TripAdvisor Group websites and paying by credit/debit card or PayPal.
