Villa Fullos is a spacious property, located down a quiet country lane (a truly idyllic location!) and just a short distance from the historic old town of Pollensa as well as a short drive to the magnificent bays of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente. This property, recently renovated, offers comfortable interiors full of light and space, together with extensive gardens and can sleep up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms.

The villa is set over one floor and all the rooms centre around the spacious lounge/dining room (well furnished and also featuring English Sky freeview television and german satellite television). During the renovation a particular care has been given to the restoration of original elements such as open beams and high ceilings, giving a particular light and airy feel to the villa. A stone archway leads to a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and two twin bedrooms and a full bathroom. All the bedrooms are decorated in contemporary colours and air-conditioned. A fully fitted farmhouse kitchen (fully equipped) with a breakfast vestibule has doors leading out onto a patio with table and chairs - an ideal spot for breakfast. Off this small covered patio is a shower room and toilet.

The purpose built covered BBQ area has a long bench - style wooden table and chairs - ideal for entertaining with Mallorcan artefacts adorning the walls.

The pool area has a teak edge to it along with teak decking on two sides, along with patios and grass.

Free air conditioning from 14:00pm to 16:00pm and from 20:00pm to 08:00am

For bookings made before 15/12/2022 we will send a link from our bank where you can pay the Ecotax by credit card before your arrival. This tax is mandatory. For bookings made after 15/12/2022, the sale price already includes the Ecotax.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
