From the owner

Very unique modern villa on the Costa Adeje. The villa has 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms with walk in showers. On the main floor is a spacious living and dining room with magnificent views on the ocean. There is a pleasant kitchen also with a view on the swimming pool. A large terrace with view on the garden, the ocean and a lot of palm trees. Downstairs is a private garage for 3 cars. From the garage an elevator is available up to the ground and first floor. The villa is truly something different with mountains views. Located in a very quiet area about 7 minutes by car to the Costa Adeje, walking distance to the Siam Park, very close to Las Americas and Los Cristianos and near a golf course. The villa is a no smoking site (smoke free property). Pets are not allowed.

The house will not be rented to groups composed only by ladies or only by gentlemen. The Villa can only be booked by families

The holidaymakers will not get a refund if they cancel their booking at any time once they pay and the booking is accepted by Villa Julia.

In case of lock down due to the Coronavirus and no travel is possible, a voucher will be given for another period of time within the two years following the initial planned stay.

Guests can also take a cancellation insurance coverage on their own.

The accommodation was fantastic, what a wonderful time my daughter and the grandchildren had, the pool was the main focus for all,amenities where great, recommend it to anyone on a family holiday.

Unique place to enjoy your time in Tenerife

The Villa is overlooking the ocean, Los Américas and Los Cristianos and very easily reachable. The most beautiful places of Tenerife are only within minutes with a car reachable.

How do damage deposits work?

If Villa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
