Interior This is a spacious one bedroom property, with an en-suite bathroom and open-plan kitchen and living room. The bedroom has large patio doors that open onto the sun terrace and the bathroom is en-suite, with a shower unit installed. The lounge is comfortably furnished, with a sofa-bed, armchairs and a coffee table. There is also a small dining table which can be used instead of the breakfast bar which separate the kitchen and the lounge. The kitchen has a hob, oven, fridge-freezer and comes fully equipped for self-catering meals. Free Private WIFI and Air Conditioning.

Exterior Both the lounge and the bedroom open out onto the sun terrace, which enjoys spectacular views of the whole of Playa Blanca, including the beaches at Papagayo. The terrace comes equipped with dining furniture and two sun-loungers. With these views, you will not want to move.

Amenities The complex at Puerto Chico has beautiful, well-maintained gardens, planted with tropical flowers and palm trees to provide plenty of colour throughout the year. The communal swimming pool is heated and there are several seating areas around the pool where you can enjoy the sunshine. Other facilities on the complex include Wifi internet connection throughout, satellite television with several British channels available. The complex also has a manned reception, with English and Spanish speaking staff who are happy to help with any enquiries you may have. Just a short stroll away along the seafront promenade there are plenty of restaurants and bars, as well as the pedestrianised shopping street in the heart of Playa Blanca.

Services For guests staying longer than one week there will be a full clean with sheet and towel change halfway through your stay. A welcome pack is provided for your arrival.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
