Description

This is a new villa with 2 large double bedrooms downstairs and a master suite with private balcony and master en suite upstairs. The villa sleeps 6 with an additional 2 put-up beds for additional children to sleep 8 in total.

The villa has been decorated and equipped to the highest standard with beautiful sea views and views across the bay to Fuerteventura, as well as a large landscaped garden and a heated pool. The villa also has a great outside space with built in BBQ and wood fired pizza oven for those perfect nights in!

Brief description of the rooms:

Kitchen:

With full granite work tops, double oven and ceramic hob, dishwasher, Tasimo coffee machine, all cooking utensils and many other amenities.

Lounge:

Beautifully decorated lounge with large LG flat screen TV, DVD and full IPTV SKY in multiple languages.

Master bedroom:

Large master suite with large master en suite and private balcony complete with rattan seating and large day bed.

Bedroom 2

Large double bedroom with pool views, double bed and triple wardrobes

Bedroom 3

Large double bedroom (twin beds) with pool views, double bed and triple wardrobes.

Outside dining area

Large covered outside dining area with full length rattan dining table, chairs and built in seating leading to BBQ and Pizza oven

Solana storage fitted with washing machine and tumble dryer

Garden:

Large garden that surrounds the house that has been professionally landscaped and has night lighting for the perfect evening ambiance. The garden also comes equipped with a built in charcoal BBQ and wood fired pizza oven

Pool

Good size heated pool with rattan loungers and matching umbrellas which is the perfect sun trap

Villa location:

The villa is located within the private electrically gated (Key fob entry provided ) and secure Carabella community which offers exclusivity and privacy as well as a spotlessly clean environment. There is a local shop on the Shangri-La Community only a few minutes walk from the Villa which sells fresh bread and basic holiday provisions. Within 5 to 10 minutes walk from the villa you will find the Faro park Parade of shops that has a number of local restaurants and Supermarkets.

The villa is situated approximately five minutes drive from the main centre of Playa Blanca, or for those those who prefer a walk, a promenade can be accessed near the villa which is pleasant 30- 40 minute walk into Playa Blanca.

Full local amenities and attractions are provided within a booklet in the villa upon your arrival.
