This fabulous 200 sqm, newly furnished and renovated Villa Amana is located in the 5 * residential complex Vista Lobos 33 and offers space for 10 people with a heated pool 4m x 8m, jacuzzi and barbecue area. In an elevated position, the villa offers a panoramic view of the sea and the neighboring islands. The impressive villa is only a 15-minute walk from the town center and the beach and offers luxurious accommodation for families with children, friends or couples.

The Villa Amana has 5 bedrooms with mosquito nets and wardrobes, one with another TV and safe. 4 bedrooms have air conditioning. Additional air conditioning systems are located in the living room and dining room (use for a small fee). 3 bedrooms have double beds with en-suite bathrooms, the other two bedrooms are each equipped with two single beds. Next to it there is another bathroom with a bathtub, shower, toilet and bidet. Another guest toilet is generally available.

The huge living room is a fantastic area to relax, has a 62 inch LCD flat screen TV with IPTV broadcasting system in all languages ​​(it offers channels such as Sky Sport 1, 2, 3 and 4, DAZN, BT Sport 1 and 2, ITV 1 , 2, 3 2 and 4, BBC 1, 2, 3 and 4 ...), pool table, foosball table, couch, high table with chairs and WIFI connection with high-speed fiber optic internet connection. Wifi is available throughout the house, and an Ethernet connection is also available for home offices.

A completely independent and modern fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook. You can enjoy your meals in the large dining room with a table for 10 people.

The outdoor area of ​​the villa offers a heated pool 8m x 4m, 10 sun loungers, a parasol, large partially white covered terraces with another table for 10 people, a whirlpool and a brick barbecue. There you have the opportunity to have a meal at always pleasant temperatures or simply to enjoy the wonderful sea view of the neighboring islands of Los Lobos or Fuerteventura or the mountains of Femes with a glass of wine.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Villas (the owner) a message.

If Villas (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
