LA VILLA HA CONSEGUIDO EL "CERTIFICADO DE EXCELENCIA" 2017-18 -19-20 de TripAdvisor.

La villa está situada en una zona residencial muy tranquila llamada Bella Vista con impresionantes vistas al Monumento Natural de Los Ajaches y en el fondo se observan las playas de Papagayo. Está a sólo 15 minutos a pie de la hermosa playa protegida de arena, Playa Flamingo.

La Villa consta de 6 habitaciones dobles y 4 baños distribuidos en dos plantas:

En planta baja hay una cómoda zona de estar con TV (con sistema de emisión de televisión por IPTV (ofrece canales como Sky Sport 1, 2, 3 y 4, BT Sport 1 y 2, ITV 1, 2, 3 y 4, BBC 1, 2, 3 y 4 entre otros, que además ofrece la función de visualizar un amplio catálogo de películas).

Hay una zona de comedor con aire acondicionado y una amplia cocina recién reformada y totalmente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos necesarios, incluyendo horno/cocina, nevera/congelador, microondas, tostadora, hervidor de agua, cafetera y otros.

En cuanto a las comodidades para dormir, consta de 2 suites equipadas con Aire Acondicionado, una con armario vestidor, 2 dormitorios con dos camas , y un baño completo, los baños con bañera/ducha, bidé y secador de pelo.

A la planta inferior se accede por unas escaleras que están situadas en la piscina y consta:

Amplio salón con Aire Acondicionado de 4800 frigorías, TV y consola XBOX ONE ,con dos mandos. Zona de juegos con mesa de billar, Futbolín, Air Hockey y diana de dardos electrónica. Un dormitorio doble con cama de matrimonio y otro con dos camas individuales. Baño con ducha.

En el exterior hay una zona de comedor al aire libre muy privado con barbacoa al estilo canario que conduce a una hermosa piscina climatizada y un amplio Jacuzzi.

Máximo número de huéspedes 12 personas.
