Sleeps 4, two bedroomed villa with private heated pool. Lovely mountain views towards Femes and the Hacha Grande. Full Satellite TV, and unlimited broadband internet. Pool heating and Wi Fi are included in the price. It is a 15 minute walk to both the Playa Dorada beach and the heart of Playa Blanca where you'll find many restaurants and shops and another beach. Pick a spot around the heated pool which gets the sun all day, or move into a shade area and relax. A large conservatory gets the morning sun and is a great place to watch the sunrise and take breakfast. The conservatory provides full shade in the afternoon and the multiple large opening sliding panels put you in control and offer al fresco dining opportunities. The roof terrace takes the sun all day and in the evening gives a great view of the sunset towards the Montana Roja. The dining room has a large table and also features large sliding glass panels and comfortable chairs to enjoy your evening cocktail. The lounge has comfortable sofas, full English TV and large coffee table, and doors opening into the conservatory. The master bedroom has built in wardrobes, a super-kingsized bed, ensuite bathroom and doors opening into the conservatory. The second bedroom has twin beds and is next to the second bathroom. Both bedrooms have aircon.The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an electric fan oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a separate tap providing filtered drinking water which saves you buying bottled water.

Pool heating and Wi Fi is included in the price.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Debbie (the owner) a message.

If Debbie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
