Casa Indiana is situated in one of the most exclusive locations in Playa Blanca. The property is in a very quiet location with a private swimming pool and garden. All amenities are within easy reach. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, WiFi and coin operated Air Conditioning.

Casa Indiana is spilt between 2 levels, with bedrooms on each. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in total. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms on the ground floor (1 x Superking Bedroom & 1 x Twin Bedroom) and a further 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the lower level (Again, 1 x Superking Bedroom & 1 x Twin Bedroom) The superking room upstairs has an ensuite bathroom, with shower over a bath. The twin room on the ground level has a shower room next to it and the Bathroom downstairs is a large bathroom with a shower over a bath. All bedrooms have air conditioning.

There is an open plan lounge/dinning room with enough seating for 8 people and comfortable leather sofas. There is a complete TV package, including BBC1 & 2, ITV, Channel 4 & 5, most of the SKY channels including Sky Sports & Sky Movies. There is also a DVD player (DVD's not supplied). The lounge has large glass doors which lead out to the upper terrace with outdoor dining and comfortable sofas to enjoy the perfect climate Lanzarote has to offer. As well as the upper terrace which does offer shade during the middle of the day, you have around the pool another large south facing sun terrace with 8 sun beds and a table and chairs for outdoor dinning by the traditional Canarian BBQ which has its own food preparation and washing area, to save returning to the villas kitchen. Giving you and your guests a chance to relax and enjoy the smell of freshly prepared food, and watch the Chef in action. The villa now also has a fantastic pool table. You also have a roof terrace where you can get an even better view of the sea and local area.

Off the lounge you have a doorway which leads into the fully fitted kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would expect from a property of this standard. Comprising off a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, cooker, hob, cutlery and crockery.

Unique to this villa is a completely private roof sun terrace, which is accessed via internal stairs from the breakfast room. It's been designed to get the sun all day long and with being on the roof it is completely private.

The villa comes with an Xbox, we ask for a 50 Euro deposit on the controllers, and you will need to supply your own games.

Towels and linen (Including pool towels) are all provided and changed every full week of your holiday.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS are available both SHARED and EXCLUSIVE. We can arrange this at very reasonable rates for our guests, please ask for a price list.

CAR HIRE. We can arrange to have a vehicle of your choice awaiting your arrival at the Arrecife airport in Lanzarote along with the company representative.

WHERE TO EAT. Locally in Playa Blanca there are many good restaurants to choose from. Those along the sea front are great for their ambience, but when asked to recommend one, there are two which remain consistently good and are all family owned and run. Los Hervideros … great for local tapas. Casa Brigitta (in Marina Rubicon) … ask about the fish of the day. We are also really pleased to be able to offer the services of a personal chef. Ask us for more information about his BBQ packs, tapas or paella evenings plus much more. Details are in the villa.

A WELCOME PACK consisting, of tea, Water, Sugar, Orange Juice, Beer, Coffee, Milk, Biscuits, Wine/Cava is included in the above prices.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
