Villa Graciosa sleeps up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms and is a short walk from from both the beach and Playa Blanca's new water park. The villa benefits from A/C, Electrically heated pool & HOT TUB

Villa Graciosa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms can be made up as either two double bedrooms (1 x king-size & 1 Super King) and 1 twin room, or as 1 double room and 2 twin bedrooms.

Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and the master bedroom has air conditioning (all A/C works on a coin operated system), along with an en-suite bathroom. The second wash room is a shower room, with toilet and wash basin. Air conditioning is a pay as you go system.

The kitchen is through a set of salon doors and is very well equipped. Its fitted with real wood units and has plenty of work space for preparation on both sides of the kitchen. The kitchen has the following equipment, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, ceramic hob and an abundance of cooking utensils to satisfy the most enthusiastic of chefs.

On exiting the kitchen, you arrive in the lounge. As with the rest of the property, the lounge has a very African theme. The real wood African furniture blends well with the modern appliances. There's a large 50" LCD TV with an excellent choice of channels (including BBC 1 & 2, ITV, Channel 4 & 5 + most of the main SKY channels including the movies & sports), DVD player (DVD's not supplied) a large leather suite and for your listening pleasure an excellent sound system. The villa also boasts unlimited Fibre internet (wireless) connection FREE of Charge.

Exiting the lounge, brings you onto the south facing sun terrace, which provides a sea view and in particular views of the lighthouse. The terrace has a beautiful stone table which has 6 very comfortable 'sun garden' chairs and a built in Canarian style BBQ, which is perfect for alfresco dinning and watching the sunset. The sun terrace also over looks the heated pool which has space for sunbathing on the sun loungers.

The villa now has a fabulous Hot Tub located in the totally private solana. It's set on a grassed floor with comfortable rattan furniture surrounding it - perfect for relaxing and watching Lanzarote's starry nights (there is an additional cost for the Hot Tub - please ask for details).

Villa Graciosa is located in the residential area of Montana Roja, which is just a 10 minute walk from the fabulous beach of Playa Flamingo, which also has an array of shops, restaurants and bars. From here you can stroll along the new promenade via the ferries in the old harbour and then onto the centre of Playa Blanca. Once in the centre there are even more restaurants and bars to choose from.

Towels and linen are all provided, and changed every full week of your holiday.

PLEASE NOTE: There is an additional per day charge for use of the Hot Tub. Please ask for details.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS are available both SHARED and EXCLUSIVE. We can arrange this at very reasonable rates for our guests, please ask for a price list.

CAR HIRE. We can arrange to have a vehicle of your choice awaiting your arrival at the Arrecife airport in Lanzarote along with the company representative.

WHERE TO EAT. Locally in Playa Blanca there are many good restaurants to choose from. Those along the sea front are great for their ambience, but when asked to recommend one, there are two which remain consistently good and are all family owned and run. Los Hervideros … great for local tapas. Casa Brigitta (in Marina Rubicon) … ask about the fish of the day. We are also really pleased to be able to offer the services of a personal chef. Ask us for more information about his BBQ packs, tapas or paella evenings plus much more. Details are in the villa.

A WELCOME PACK consisting, of tea, Water, Sugar, Orange Juice, Beer, Coffee, Milk, Biscuits, Wine/Cava is included in the above prices.

Villa Graciosa is tucked away at the top of a very quiet crescent and even though it backs onto a main road, there is virtually no traffic disturbance and we hardly noticed it - even when enjoying the hot tub which is at the rear of the property in a very private spot. Our arrival was marred when our boys saw the pool - it was nearly empty! The owner/managers very quickly explained that they had discovered some damage to the pool only the day before and had to drain it to fix it. With it being the weekend, a delivery of water had proved impossible to acquire. However, by 7am next morning, the pool was full and clean and very inviting and we were generously compensated for our inconvenience. Throughout our stay, any reason we had to contact the owners was always dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner (they even gave us a lift to town one evening which was very good of them!). The kitchen is well equipped with most things you are likely to need if you decide to eat in. The beds are comfy and there's plenty of storage. Overall, Graciosa is very homely and well equipped if a little tired around the edges. We would definitely stay again with this company.
