A large villa set in a quiet residential area ideal for your family holiday, with the pool, BBQ and snooker table to enjoy. The children can play safely whilst parents relax in the summer house overlooking the pool. VV Casa Emily is an attractive semi-detached villa with everything for your family holiday and more, on the outskirts of Playa Blanca, a few minutes walk to a beautiful white sandy beach. Notes on accommodation: The villa is a few minutes walk from supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants, bus service and taxi rank. A few minutes walk from Playa Dorada, a white sandy beach with a beautiful view over to Fuerteventura. The villa is furnished and maintained to a high standard . Outside: Casa Emily has private off-road parking at the front of the house for 2 cars. There is a large terrace to the back of the house with a heated swimming pool,table/6 chairs and parasol,6 sun loungers,snooker table, BBQ with work table to the side. There is a large summer house with glass sliding doors which has a large dining table and 6 chairs,a chill-out area with wicker sofa and 2 chairs,plus coffee table and standard lamp. To the back of the Summer House is an exercise area. Utility Room: Which is off the right of the kitchen, washing machine, laundry basket, iron and ironing board. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All linen , beach towels/towels are included and changed weekly. All bath towels changed mid week (not beach) The pool is cleaned weekly (mid week if necessary) and the garden/pool areas are regularly maintained. Other: Casa Emily has private boff-road parking at the front of the house for 2 cars. There is a large terrace to the back of the house with a heated swimming pool,table/6 chairs and parasol,6 sun loungers,snooker table, BBQ.

    How do damage deposits work?

    If VV CASA (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
