Close to all amenities and yet, at the same time, within a tranquil and peaceful setting ideal for family with children or couples . Wonderful as a refuge after of sight seeing or of beach , or simply just relaxing and enjoying the green scenery. In a part of a farmhouse of 1.800 restored, " The Valley Farmhouse" is a simple and essential residence, well maintained , cosy and absolutely comfortable. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms : a bedroom with one window ,King bed , air conditioning and large bathromm with bath and washing machine ; the other bedroom with two single beds (that can be united) with two windows and air conditioning , a bathroom with shower . Upstairs there is a reading room with with patio door on small balcony .

Downstairs there is the cosy living room with satellite TV ,fireplace and 2 patio doors on the garden where you can eat "al fresco", cooking on the charcoal barbecue. The well equipped kitchen (microwave, electric oven, dishwasher, toaster ..) is located in a corner of the living room with dining area .

Every window of the house and patio doors overlooking the garden are protected by mosquito nets, so you can enjoy the cool of the evening without the distraction of an occasional fly or mosquito.

Guests have their moments to relax a private pool(12m*6m) in the large garden (2.000mq) with sun umbrellas, sun beds, chairs with tables, various games for the pool, cabin toilette . the park with the pool is fenced and closed by a gate .

Internal free parking with automatic gate, for a total security .

The house is a self-catering rental - accommodating families easily and providing 2 cots for baby and high chair . The house is also ideal for accommodating 2 couples looking for a romantic holiday, ensuring maximum privacy for everyone with the availability of 2 bathrooms

At the disposal of guests the presence of owners who live in another area of the farmhouse.

When you arrive at the house you will find a welcome package with local products designed to ensure a good stay.

    How do damage deposits work?

    If Baroni (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
