A two floor Luxury mezzanine Villa that can accommodate 2-5 people, in the heart of Perama, centrally located in Corfu. The villa combines wood & stone in a contemporary architecture and aesthetic well adjusted to the local traditional architecture, offering guests luxury comfort and privacy to unwind & enjoy their vacation.

On the top floor there is a King size bed with mattress of your choice (hard or soft), a big 40 inch Smart Led Flat TV Screen connected to the internet, a large closet containing drawers and the safety deposit box.

On the ground floor is the living room area with lounge sofas that sleep up to three people, a 40 inch Smart Led Flat TV Screen, fireplace , WC with hair dryer washing machine and shower cabinet, dining table, fireplace and fully equipped Kitchen with Oven, Microwave oven, fridge, water boiler, coffee machine and all the cutlery you will need.

Also as we are the owners of Anita Hotel which is just a kilometre away and has a reception operating daily from 7:30 am to 11:00pm, guests can use the facilities of Anita Hotel (restaurant, parking, pool) and also all reception services like printing services, concierge, booking of tours, excursions and mini cruises, discounted tickets for Aqualand, horseriding, snorckeling, boat hiring, rent a car etc. You can rely on the reception staff, to organize your vacation in the best possible way.

Why can't I call Alexandros (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Alexandros (the owner) a message.

If Alexandros (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
